I had some money to avg down on NAH with, but i missed the bottom of the recent trough and the poor dividend announcement didn't push it back down like i expected, so i am seriously considering putting some more abck in here, i think if it goes to the 227 region i will find it hard to say no !

it was all BS to pump the price so the private placement deal partners could forward sell for a profit.

the deal was probably done and dusted prior to the ramping RNS, it was certainly started before that, i would put money on them knowing the "good news" was coming and they all forward sold after it, and before this crap lands, the price hits the skids and the "lucky placees" as you called them are all long gone counting their profits.

we will, in my opinion be back in the .10-.11 range by next week.

It was Insider Trading, no 2 ways about it, it's about as blatant as you can get, yet the governing bodies will not do anything about it, you see it time and time again.

NO... its a s h i t deal, a piece of crap company that will be nothing more than a hole to throw money into, whilst paying GR more and more to do so.

the KME and HBR deals seem in some way linked, and as time goes by they seem more and more dodgy to me, if we pull out of one i'd expect the other to suddenly become unavailable to us, because i think the government is as bent as hell and pulling political strings and forcing terms with them, GR should never have even looked twice at them

If this ever reaches the 20's then someone is going to get burnt badly, it is, and never will be, worth anywhere near that, in my eyes, it's barely worth todays shareprice, the dividend is pure comedy given how low it is

Tell me about it, i'm 60% down on this, and was hoping for some sort of reaction form todays RNS that would put a positive spin on things and potentially start a solid recovery, but even with a really good recovery i can't see me getting to break even any time soon :(

sorry, bad explanation on my part, i wasn't meaning the MOUs themsleves i was meaning the RNS information in general that follows, in the past has been less than transparent.

We all understand that MOUs or Letters of Agreement do not always translate into signed contracts, however, i think we should as shareholders be told when negotiations progress to these milestone stages, the misleading reference was in relation to all the Information releases that basically, by design, said nothing concrete, all open to interpretation, we should not be left guessing, if an MOU falls by the wayside and won't be completed through to contract, say so, don't just ignore it like it never happened, that is a part of the business, no one will get all contracts they want, or apply for.

I would prefer the announcements when the MOUs are signed, not before, but, didn't they produce an RNS a while back stating they would not be notifying on any of them until contracts were signed, to reduce the damaging speculation ?

personally, i think they have an obligation to report major milestones/information, by saying they wont is a little worrying, especially given their track record and history of misleading information releases
