Whilst i understand the importance, sometimes, of historical sites.... other times, the "importance" is considerably overvalued or stated, this of course does depend on what the area is being trashed for.... so some big company can make cash, not really a good enough reason, however, as with many places, if that industry breaths life into a region and stops it turning into ghost towns and just being abandoned as people leave, then evolution and progress should continue, even back when some of these "historical" sites where created, the world and its population was evolving and moving forwards and i doubt much concern was given to the "natural look" of the area, they needed shelter, do what they need to...... today, too much bleeding hearts soft rhetoric gets in the way.

that said, looks like they screwed up here given the probable no end of studies reports and other hoops they had to jump through (and probably considerable cost) and are in for the high jump fines wise, which could in some cases causes companies to fold, thus effectively halting your own generations progress forwards (so it all comes down to money in the end, should have just asked them what they wanted for it in the first place and saved all the hassle of surveys etc lol)

hiya, and thx, yeah still holding, divi canx was painful i wont say otherwise, but i think as you, no way it should have been that low, problem is my whole portfolio took a beating, and i was already down on most.
Have about 10k in here still, and only have about 1500 spare right now, so to put that in here, with no divi, i'd need it back at those levels to consider it, for example 140 would give me a 20p drop in avg for the extra 1500 in, i've others i need to average down on first really, and some of those i could half my avg

those are some good top up or buy in points, i think i'm still carrying about a 245 avg, as i didn't have the funds (or balls) to throw more in after they killed the divi

any dividends they pay out will go to PREM as the shareholder, and c0ckroach will probably take in salary

off taker agreements for RHA to pay for startup along with government funds owed to us (i'll believe this when i see it, and also what does the off taker get from the deal, cause it won't be in our favour)
the shareprice and company is in the toilet, 90% of the way around the S bend.... world economy is not far behind, GR agrees we need cash flow (no s**** sherlock) so he will raise the sharecap, and what will you use the money for GR?..... "oh i want to go buy some more risky speculative assets you'll need to bail out in a year, and nope... we won't have any money left to keep the company afloat without more death spiral financing)

I'm fed up seeing "transformational" banded around... c0ckroach has absolutely ZERO history in succeeding in anything except securing his salary, the only transformational thing i see is de-listing after his latest round of lies become unsustainable

I don't know the numbers involved, but how far can we go before we end up re-rating ? which will put long term underwater holders further down the sewer. I will be voting against the resolutions, unless there is a clause to stop the fool going on a pointless spending spree.

.... over a year ago now, there was only one way this company stood a chance, and that was if c0ckroach was gone and someone else was in charge, but there was no way he was going to step aside.... and i got berated for suggesting it.

Couldn't have summed that one up better, i've been skeptical of this one from the start as well, I have this feeling that c0ckroach got sold a lemon on this, i'm hope i'm wrong, but, as you said it's NEVER been profitable for anyone, it seems the only way to make anything from it is buy it cheap, which arguably we are doing, tart it up and sell it on to the next sucker for a profit, get tied into it long term and it will be like flushing money down the toilet.

Global economy is is half way down an epic slip-n-slide, for a business that is run entirely on debt, risky speculating could be fatal.

nope, i'm about 5k in the hole with this one, and at an avg we're very unlikely to reach in the next god know's how many years, and to get my avg down, i'd need to put a chunk more in, and i'm just skeptical there will be any return, the delay in the final results is very concerning, and smacks of more bad news or worse

.....I was expecting a drop from the bell this morning, with a recovery after lunch to then close somewhere just below the days high..... and by drop, i thought in the region of .075, but it seems all the little buys and shares being picked up as fast as they are selling has underpinned the price and it withheld well, even closing at the days highest.

Despite my views on GR and the massive negative percentage i'm on here, i was watching this closely this morning, and had it hit as low as .075 ask, i might very well have been tempted to average down., however the anticipated dip, was not only shallower, but there was no second slide after the initial dip and raise, and by 08:45 all the kerfuffle seems to have been over.

so, back in the bottom draw they go, in the hopes that one day i can break even, but i still ain't holding my breath !

.08 avg, your lucky, i'm still massively underwater from ****roaches last dilution, unfortunately i simply don't have enough shares to make a difference in the voting, but from what i can see he's going to dilute this into receivership whilst taking his salary, then walk off into retirement being the only one to get anything back from it when the loans made over the years are the first things to be paid off

All good is a relative term, fine for those that have bought in while the shareprice is in the toilet, for those that have held this for a while, and are significantly still under water, all we see is george still bleeding everyone dry

Reason for nose dive ....... this POS was never worth the value it was hyped to when they stole quantum pharma, so not a nose dive, just where it belongs

i'll believe it when i see it, i'm circa 90% down on this, i've already written it off, only came here to see what the little blip in price was all about couple of days ago

might just be the nail that seals this coffin in this for me, i can't see it ever getting back to my current average, slashing the dividend crippled the sp, suspending it has i think just guaranteed this is not going to recover anywhere near £1 any time soon. Too many things now seem to be on shaky ground.

companies announcing placings in the morning, or just before/after closing and then before you have a chance to do anything, all of a sudden another RNS saying placing complete and "successful" and the share value/price is decimated.... yeah, you've successfully screwed your current shareholders AGAIN, AIM regulation is an f'ing joke

one little RNS saying someone sold a chunk off the back of the tiny rise, and before you know it all forward progress is wiped out.

when do we see the holdings rns for one of gr's cronies or shell companies that took them all at a nice discount.
