just looked in my records, when these were dumped on us, in 2018, they had a value (*cough*) of 4.3p each share. LMFAO

yeah at least i didn't fall into that trap, and now parsons is involved, i'd never put any money here

AGM comes and goes, not an f'ing mention of when we'll re-list.

comprehensive statement released, covering all aspects EXCEPT the one thing shareholders are interested in.... when are we going to relist.

this is a joke, they get away with an AGM no one can attend, and yet none of the board that were there or by electronic link thought to ask about it or give a statement to the shareholders ?

is that realistically enough of an extension, if, as stated the main reason is covid19, surely between now and then, if the required travel is possible, then those doing that audit work are going to be swamped, and will prioritise based on what they are being paid... given our coffers are pretty low, is this time scale even feasible ?.... and if not, are we looking at a further extension, or another suspension.... because if it's the latter, then i would not be surprised to see the weasel try and take it private during the suspension and thus basically sod off with everything.

fair enough franny, but the simple fact is we've been suspended from AIM twice in the last 3 years for failing to supply accounts, we have a persistent, perpetual record of p*ss poor delivery in what is a vital part of remaining trading

and a pandemic doesn't mean accountants can't do their job, there should not have needed to be that much travel involved had the company been on top of things in the first place, there are millions of companies across the world, across all the different sectors that have managed just fine to get their accounts in order and submitted in time.

i suggest you stop spouting crap through your rose coloured glasses, and take a serious look at what shareholder value he has created, whilst living fat off the money taken from investors.

well this is a right royal s**t show, but i wouldn't expect anything else from something james parsons is involved in.

funny how just 6 months ago this was over 2p and less than 12 months ago it was at about 3p and now it's in the toilet.

I got lumbered with a useless handful of shares in this s**t show instead of a dividend payment from somewhere else parsnip was involved with, and they are now effectively negative value for me after the cost of trading them, mark my words if parsons is involved in something, any shareholder value will be flushed within the year

That's a pretty level headed and reasonable explanation for some of the sales which may as you said, have driven the slide further than expected.
You may be right about the recovery tomorrow, obviously i sat on the fence today and will be looking for that drop to 95 (or lower) tomorrow morning, which if it materialises, i don't think i'll be able to stay on the fence too long.... time, as they say, wil tell.

can't stress this enough, whilst i "only" lost 2300 in BZM, at the height of it's rise, and after the first round of good news i had a holding of circa 28K and that was prior to what should have been good secondary news to follow, instead, the chinese majority shareholder refused the agreed loan draw down, blocked every other finance option and forced then into administration just to get it's hands on the assets.

as said.... should have taken AT LEAST my initial investment out of it.... live and learn i guess

yeah, drop today froze me dead in my tracks, i had considered a 120(ish) area to be an 'opportunity'.... turns out we crashed through that pretty quickly, and pretty hard from where it was yesterday, so it caused me to pause and not buy in, then i watched it all the way down, a lot of no-trade available tries, and then at about 16:20 it gave me an offer of 98p.... and was i have to admit hard tested at that level, but i held off, i wantt o see what tomorrow holds, without level2 data, it's harder for me to envisage where this is going, no news tomorrow could provide me with a better opportunity

From what i read of that, there's a lot of waffle in there to say "we are diluting by 7.4%, liquidity event is kicked down the line by at least 5 years (guess) and if we do manage to sell it, the only people guaranteed to get anything back are the 7.4% "preferred share holders".... you ordinary irks can beg for scraps after that"

it's not like they are saying upon liquidity, all shares will get the same per share value, desperation is starting to show in Circum, and c0ckroach is burying his head in the sand saying all is well

.... a potential buy in point, and this shake/slump has thrown what i thought i knew, and shown how little i actually know lol.... so now for a buy in point, i'm lost !
