we saw practically nothing from that deal, any profit vanished because the weak willed BOD took their pound of flesh in the deal and positions here to leave shortly after with golden handshakes, and the low ball offer at the time they accepted/recommended, was over 50% paid in useless shares here valued at least £2 over their true value, which by the time we got them were over £2 lower each than what we should have gotten if this scheming group had paid for what it bought, instead of just printing some more shares.
I've been stuck in this POS since then, because i want what was promised and owed to me

they have a substantial short position as well that isn't helping

i'd take 11.25 - this POS has never been worth that, last time thy pumped it that high was to F over quantum pharma share holders

yeah, could see them selling into this rise and getting a substantial amount out while still holding some shares

hindsight is a *****, i'd have been a loy closer to breaking even had i topped up last week instead of sitting on the fence looking for a slightly lower opportunity

at current prices, provided the spoil heaps aren't too inaccessible for transport to the plant, and if the recovery rate remains as mcadder suggested, then i think he's probably right, it'd make sense re-running it, whilst perhaps not as much as other ground, it would be handy money for the bank account.
I'd be interested to see estimated running costs per day for the plant, and fuel costs for transporting it to the plant.

there is a large cost in re-running that material, not far off the cost of running it in the first place, plan and fuel costs alone would mean the returns would have to be good enough in the first place, and then remain consistantly acceptable through the run, otherwise all you'll do is break even, or worse not recover enough..... when you could have been processing better ground.

this is a positive step forward and should stop the prolonged downward drift we have seen (albeit just before my topup level - typical lol)

unfortunately, i'm still a long way under water on this having been spiked in the first place, and buying in at the wrong time, so, step in the right direction, hopefully they can keep this progression and momentum up.

i mentioned it earlier, saying recovered to where i thought close would be and then a small recovery ontop of that, the market only knee jerked because as with anything that will involve the union, share price will tumble, and then scared PI's jump ship and perpetuate the fall.

I do unfortunately feel we are in this share price region for a while, and only once they restart the dividends will we see any substantial positive up-swing, till then it's going to be a long year and i suspect at least one threat of IA may drive customers and shareholders away, and whilst scum like blackrock and spreadex continually drive the price down with short positions, it'll be an uphill battle.

it was/will.... however, as i have said all along, he isn't going anywhere, stepped aside form the chairman's role, to install a non-exec mouthpiece.

yeah, i don't think that's limited to RMG or your workplace, i know we have a couple that need a boot up their arse

whenever a company has to draft in outside work, it hurts, because it costs more, and those people as you said are not team players in the respect of abilities, they are there to do a single task if you like.

The fact your main workforce can behave like that is wrong, and i am afraid is a result of the union culture protecting them, other companies without the union problem would probably have fired them by now !

thx for confirming my suspicions, had a couple of dummy buy offers at 0.109 earlier, annoyingly lower than HL is listing the sell/bid ! and even now, well after closing, the prices are still .11 and .12 (although to be fair that's what the london stock exchange page says too) whereas here is .105 and .115

That's a shame, because whilst yes, the shareholders need to be considered, because without them buying shares etc, the company would flounder (any would) but, in reflection of that, should the service suffer that much that people stop using it, then the company flounders..... balance is the name of the game,. Killing overtime should not devastate your teams ability to complete the job, that just tells me they don't have enough people to do the job, or efficiencies aren't being provided.

@OliGarch that opt in form is such a nightmare, it was an idea that was borne out of necessity and stupid European lawyers covering their asses. It's got some clause about employers not being able to ask employees to sign it, or to in anyway influence or suggest they should, and for some establishments working shift patterns it's a pain in the rear, another part of it is the time off between shifts, another thing that can be "opted" out of, but is a nightmare to implement, and again makes some shifts impossible to run even if they are of a better configuration for the workers.
