Looks like for now there is support./resistance at the 47.5 mark, I adjusted my 45p limit buy to 47 over the weekend, and have left it alone, part of me thinks i should move it back to 45, as whenever i let limit buys trigger, the SP always seems to dip below to where i was thinking anyway !! that said, 47p isn't that bad an entry point, albeit at the top end of that potential range you suggested,

in here, thought there'd be a couple of posts given the bargain looking price this seems to have slipped too. Especially for a decent dividend paying company, or is that under threat ?

yes you're right, i'd overlooked that, personally I can't see them wanting to go down that route yet, I can see it as a potential option, just not yet.

I had been watching this and considering buying in at around 170, as i figured with all the uncertainty that if it went to 170 on Friday or after the results i'd have a fairly good entry point, but the speed it's hit 179 has made me twitch and kill my limit buy order, for fears of reaching 170 before a potential further drop on Friday.

I've read all the predictions here, and the wide range from multiple sources suggests i'm not the only one with fears this could crash further, whilst my investment will be small compared to others, i'm looking longer term for this, but that doesn't mean i want to throw away 10-20p if this was potentially going to be a bad week, and it's started with a drop in the region of 10% right away.

think i'll continue collecting splinters sitting on the fence for now

thanks, as you can see from my previous posts i've got an eye to buying into this one as I think the potential over the longer term for a healthy recovery price makes this level look very tempting, i held off going into the expected results, only for the shareprice to do EXACTLY the opposite of what i thought might happen, I was expecting a drop of about 10% followed by a bounce back to this level, not a rise of 10% followed by a beat down back to original level! I still have my limit buy set at 45p while I consider my options, and won't be too upset if that triggers, unless, as you allude to, in that by hitting that level it will be by way of passing through it too a much lower level, i'd rather not start on the back foot so to speak!

As for people buying cars, i can see this, but, there is barely enough parking in many towns/cities and as bojo and his cronies have been hating on cars for years, an increase capable of affecting public transport revenues by any noticeable amount will cause huge road problems, which will likely drive people back to public transport.

I will admit to being slightly surprised by this downward slip so soon after ok/good results, could be good for me, as i was looking for a sub 50p entry point, so still watching with interest.

And yes, I do agree this is cheap right now, and can see a good return by years end from these levels.
