I suspect your take on that is close to accurate, some peoples idea of profitable is different form others, just saying look we're making money, over the running and administration costs isn't profitable, if you're having to poor every last cent into paying off the debts accrued whilst running at a massive loss, a structured way forward, showing how much money is left after a planned schedule of repayments is what;s needed, but there's no way they are going to tell us lowly shareholders that information, but, as you said, that is what the market wants, because of previous fraud

don't trust the spread, always make a dummy quote to get a truer idea of current price

bottom line is they have to get the money owed to them, and from a corrupt government i don't like their chances, as for the profits are 50/50 AFTER we get our investments back, i don't believe that either, the minute they start producing anything, that same said corrupt government is going to have their hand out, whilst the other is in the takings grabbing all they can get.

discusses the 2 trucks we purchased for onsite hauling and loading, and these were to replace contractors trucks wheich i assume were on some sort of lease basis and proving too costly.

Correct, pretty much what they said in the RNS, expect shipments to resume next week as long as customers can sort trucks, or somethign like that i think.

offloading the trucks responsibility to the buyers makes life a lot easier for us i think.

don't expect an RNS next week when production starts, perhaps if it's delayed then i'd expect one, again, if produced an not collected i'd not expect an RNS as the customer has pre-paid, and we'd have delivered on our part of the bargain.

i'd expect it to be mentioned in the RNS expected early september regarding the ILTL commencement of operations, provided they can get everything mobilised and in place in time in this covid affected time, and if they can't then mentioning coal shipping as expected would put a positive spin to the RNS

despite seeming to go well this morning, the SP does seem a little suppressed right now, dropping back to opening price pretty quickly is a little disappointing, had hoped to sustain that rise through lunchtime at least

yeah it's not looking good, but as i've held since early 2018, i'm kinda locked in unless i want to take an almost complete loss, so 30p if we get there is a point i may have to look to avg down.

I'm gonna guess the interim results will be around September some time inline with previous releases, or have they been pushed due to covid-19?

bad results ontop of an already falling SP could be dire, I think a lot of PI's got out as soon as the divi was cancelled and took their losses.

yes, in at just under 47p.... which explains why it has now fallen to 43/44p region, because i initially had 45p as my target buy in point, and adjusted it because of the support that seemed present just above that level, should have known better, i always get burned on these things one way or another, didn't move my target on AVCT and that's now 50% up on where i could have bought in.

anyway, I agree this should recover, i have this pegged as a mid to long term hold, depending on a couple of things, we'll see how things pan out, rest of my portfolio is doing horrendously, so if this does pick up like i think it will in the next couple of months i may have to off load it just to get some money coming back in, but i'd like to keep it, as i think it'll 2 bag from this level, and it'll be interesting to see what they do with future dividend plans, as this was a nice producer in that respect, and if it goes back to a similar strategy, we could be sitting pretty from these levels.

If it continues to fall, i may put a little more in, but that'll leave me short to average down elsewhere that I desperately need to.

right now to call where this is going short term, i'm in on an average lower than we are right now, and i hope we don't get back there because i'd feel as if i missed an opportunity to sell and buy back lower.

The placing was pre-subscribed fully before announcement, for 129,411,764 shares, totaling £2.75 million on top of that, they then did the broker option, so us lowly shareholders could also get in on the action (at a price point now higher than today's share price - like we didn't see that coming) this broker option was for up to 82,352,941 shares, worth an estimated £1.75 million.

When all was said and done, the Broker Option was less than 42% subscribed (34,117,647 additional shares issued) bringing in £725,000 in additional funds, some £1 million short. (this maybe on a par with for these things, i don't know)

The total dilution being some 163,529,411 (163.5 MILLION) of which 3 members of the board subscribed for a combined total of 3,058,823 (just over 3 MILLION) - that's shockingly poor, and after all of the talk about not diluting, to then have to back pedal and raise funds is one thing, but to then barely support it speaks volumes, they might as well have have subscribed for none, it would have sent the same message.

I come back to what i said just after the last spike, i'll wait till i can avg down in the 1p region ..... then on the next pre-raise ramp i can GTFO at even

you missed the point of my post entirely, look at the time stamp. I was getting at the pattern that it had built up over the last few days, of recovering in the afternoon, from early in the day falls.

The irony of this is that today it didn't recover, and triggered my limit buy, which slightly surprised me because I thought that probably wouldn't happen until nearly next week.

I noticed in the notification Annual Shareholders meeting RNS, a couple of proposals before the RI one, there was this one...

10.- Approval of a reduction in share capital by means of reducing the par value of the shares by € 0.40 each, to € 0.10 per share, to increase non-distributable reserves. Delegation of powers for the implementation thereof.

so they are cutting the PAR value by 80% before the RI, surely that's going to have a negative effect on the SP as well

I think to avoid a SP drop immediately to the RI level making it less attractive, but it sounds like the major shareholders are already on board, and they must have been told a price.

yeah that's what i'm partially concerned about, but as a planned longer term hold, i know it should recover, but obviously don't want to throw shares away buy purchasing too early.

i noticed they havent announced the expected price range for the RI, this is a bit vague/nontransparent, when do they have to announce it? or are they waiting for the no notified Annual Shareholders meeting to present a 2 price vote option perhaps ?

or, perhaps waiting to see how suppressed the SP becomes before announcing it, to avoid causing the SP to fall to the same level and thus make the RI less attractive due to no discount (like this wont happen the minute it is announced anyway!)

so we're at my buy in interest level of 170, question I have now is how much lower is this going to go today as people digest the news

yeah see to get to break even at 4p i'd need to avg down again, and in the region of 1p if not 0.9 I didn't think we'd see that again anytime soon, but it looks like we'll be in that region by the end of next week or the week after if it continues to slide the way it is, with nothing concrete to support it.
