so if i read that all correctly.....
The placing was pre-subscribed fully before announcement, for 129,411,764 shares, totaling £2.75 million on top of that, they then did the broker option, so us lowly shareholders could also get in on the action (at a price point now higher than today's share price - like we didn't see that coming) this broker option was for up to 82,352,941 shares, worth an estimated £1.75 million.
When all was said and done, the Broker Option was less than 42% subscribed (34,117,647 additional shares issued) bringing in £725,000 in additional funds, some £1 million short. (this maybe on a par with for these things, i don't know)
The total dilution being some 163,529,411 (163.5 MILLION) of which 3 members of the board subscribed for a combined total of 3,058,823 (just over 3 MILLION) - that's shockingly poor, and after all of the talk about not diluting, to then have to back pedal and raise funds is one thing, but to then barely support it speaks volumes, they might as well have have subscribed for none, it would have sent the same message.
I come back to what i said just after the last spike, i'll wait till i can avg down in the 1p region ..... then on the next pre-raise ramp i can GTFO at even
