If (when) it goes the way they want, and they sod off and form this new company, which we all end up having a share in, how will they know what percentage we all hold ?? and what proof will we have/get ? and will it be worth the paper its written on ?

something i missed in my research, because i was careless, look how many companies Groves has been involved with that have subsequently dissolved, maybe not during his tenure, but, he does seem to leave a trail of destruction in his wake.

if my shares are held in my H&L stocks and shares ISA, i assume that's classified as a "Depositary Interests representing Ordinary Shares" and i need to return the EGM Fporm of Direction, correct ?? or does it need to be o=done through H&L ?

yeah, mine wont re-invest with H&L until i think the 10th of next month, because they re-invest divi's twice a month, and as i think one of the dates was the 21st, it'll pick up on the next one.... so if it does trace back a little towards 215 territory, i wont be too upset!

yeah, the annoying thing is they are lying when they say they wont be looking to the minerals industry, and that they want to go in a different dirrection, but they are keeping the assets, which are mining and minerals related!! I would feel less peeved, had i made a bad investment and it went belly up, with no assets and an empty bank account, but, i don't see it as that, what i see is poor management, and a BoD that, lets face it, have been caught breaking the law, but got away with it because everyone else was too!!.... so technicalities that allwo them to claim innocence!.... whilst fleezing the shareholders of their share of the company.

for the want of a better terminology, it looks like they have a loophole to allow them to steal everything from this company and rename as another, with more control than they currently have, and there is sod all we can do about it

The "Company" is going to miss out on those anyway, or at least the shareholders will, the only people that might benefit from that, are those effectively starting a new company by taking all the cash and assets from the floundering mess they are trying to leave behind. i'd vote for a forced liquidation and return of capital, if the BoD want to run a company in a different market to mining, then fine, let them start up like everyone else, the assets and cash in THIS company should be wound up and returned to the shareholders

because they have no intention to find a replacement Nomad, the whole vote to leave or not is immaterial, leave voluntarily or be removed for violation the AIM rules, makes no difference to them, they get what they want in the end. all the talk of Matched Bargain Facility to assist Shareholders to trade in the Ordinary Shares, sounds like a crock of s**** to me, i think avro is right here

" and by having/forcing the NoMad to resign removes this restriction/requirement from them, and also removes from us some protection allowing us to get money some money back.

thanks for the info. for me the issue is where i hold/held the shares, because i dont have a trading account or anything setup to deal with the tax side of things, everything i have is in my stocks and shares isa, so if the switch is to shares in the company but not listed, then i am liable to tax upon selling, right ? i supposed the first thing is lets see how it plays out, and see if we get anything tangible back

but, by not appointing one, they get to de-list from AIM without the vote going their way, exactly what they want if they intend to basically rebrand the company and ditch the shareholders. But as said, there's a lot of ii's and that list of major shareholders, so i'm going to be naive/optimistic and hope we get something back, but i'm not going to be holding my breath

my avg was pretty low compared to some of you guys i'm sure, but yeah, i'm at the point now that i'm pretty resigned that it's gonna be a loss, i'm just hoping not a complete loss. What it is likely to do, is make me less brave with some of my other investments, or make me trade them more so i keep some profitt, rather than holding longer on a lower average for a higher final gain, i'm currently watching my WSG holding and thinking i need to consider slicing off some profit, although it's slipped about 3 or 4p lately.

it happens, no point crying over split milk, i would like to know if we will get anything back, because it does sound like the company is going to continue under a new name, so this sounds more and more like a scam !

if the company is renaming and refocusing, then surely existing shareholders still hold a stake in the underlying company ?

thanks, with the talk of taking it private, and changing name and doing best to realise assets, i feel a shafting coming on

anywhere near 190, and i'll throw a few more grand at it, it's worth it for the divi, and that would be a silly cheap price for this stock

... ok,, that's me stepping out for the time being, sold at 493 so made a tidy 55% profit :) .... so now you can watch it fly over 500 lol will probably look to buy back in again if it drops back a bit
