I genuinely don't know, we're now down in the 920's, and i didn't see that coming or i would have not left a limit buy expecting the low of the day to be while i was still sleeping!! the only thing i could possibly point at is the sections in the results RNS where they say...... "the appreciation of sterling versus the Group's major overseas' currency, the US dollar, is expected to dampen headline growth rates in the second half" but that's pretty much the case with cross currency businesses all the time, exchange fluctuations are a fact of life. "As provided for in last year's accounts, �38.6m was paid in respect of the final Link contingent consideration in October 2017. This payment and the Quantum acquisition, detailed below, accounted for net debt increasing during the first half from �35.0m to �141.8m." could that have something to do with it ?

yeah, exactly, i'm dealing with such a small volume due to the high cost per share, that one share can make a surprising difference to the averages, for this purchase had it triggered at 9.36 for example, i could have gotten 1 more share, that one share alone would alter my average by 6p ! On the bright side, that small purchase this morning did reduce my average by 56p Not a lot when your looking at a share that is priced around �10, but, the way this one swings violently, i am hoping to be out with some/a higher profit, and preferably sooner as i'd like to get into DLG with the money i have tied up in here

hell happened this morning. I left a limit buy for 600 quid (actually 62 shares @ 951) and it triggered at 938 :O did i miss something yesterday and over night, did some part of the business justify a >10% SP drop after those results ?

yeah, LSE's prices are screwed, it's like it's taken the close of play yesterdays prices by mistake we've fallen over 8% today :(

given that i didn't buy into this one in the first place i am really loathed to put any into it to average down, only advantage would be an earlier get out, but i don't exactly have a lot spare, and at circa �10 a share i ain't getting much

thanks, i guess the page didn't fully load for me and i didn't notice ! I know what you mean, the basic results look good, but the dividend is still p*ss-poor for a share fo this cost/value. Plus, we're not the only ones by the looks of it, the market hated it, it's just taken a 61p drop (5.75%) I hate this share

in the results RNS they mention the interim dividend.... "Interim dividend increased 10% to 1.76p (2016: 1.6p)" now given that the last interim paid was 1.6p and it went ex in mar 17, am i missing something here, don't they usually declare the date at the same time as the upcoming divi amount ?

yeah, it's possible that the 581 will be breached, the question is how much of the re-jpining the FTSE100 is already factored in, has the recent steady rise been down to the tracker institutes that have to hold the FTSE100 companies buying in early, thus pushing the price and effectively factoring in that already ? or is it down to the expected good news and results with dividend announcement that is driving it ? hard to tell, i'm currently nicely in profit, i spent enough time underwater with this one which surprised me somewhat, i never expected it to go back to the 3's! but, i've have been picking up dividends from the very beginning, and havent even calculated those in, i would like to remain in it for another dividend, however, if my limit sell triggers it's cash in the bank, and would give me 40+ percent profit, i would more than likely be looking to buy back in and see if i could increase my holdings a bit, and because i'll be in at a higher average than i am now, i may be tempted to trade a few times to slowly build my holding if i can

yeah, bit of a violent drop this morning, i was wondering where the resistance line would be, as it's blown through my last two targets without blinking. looking at the chart, we've had a steady rise for a bit now, and nothing ever goes up in a straight line, so periods of flattening off or small retraces is to be expected, this i am hoping could be one of those retrace days, with it to recover through the rest of the week. we've seen it hit 570 twice now, and bounce back off it, so perhaps the resistance is around the 570 mark..... brokers are at a loss, H&L forecasts are about as varied as MET Office weather forecasts, they literally have a clean spread of the so called experts forecasts from one end of the scale to the other lol I now have a limit sell set for my entire holding at 581 if it doesn't reach it before the dividend i wont be heart broken, if it does, then i'll be watching more closely for a return point, which may end up being after the ex divi date depending on the price of cource

Sorry to be a pain but if I bought them at 0.023 how much is that on pence?" usually, i would assume the figure would relate to �0.023 so 2.3 pence, however, it does depend where you got the figure from, for example this site lists in pence and 2 decimal places of, so 2.3 pence on this site would show as 2.30, meaning your figure would effectively be .023 of a penny simplest way to work your price per share is to take your cost (in pounds), and divide it by your holding and you'll get the value of each share in pounds, then multiply it by 100 to see it in pence (remember to include your trading fee in the cost to get a more accurate cost per share)

I do not believe it was as simple or straightforward as that, especially as GWMO didn't supply any figures so to speak, those came from the drill samples, and why a third party that is independent is used. What i suspect is that a flaw in the algorithm used to calculate the estimates has been found, or, one of the values that it uses as a constant was off somehow. Unfortunately, GWMO and their NOMAD are kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place, the rules are quite clear, in that news of such importance should be released timely and without delay, whereas, we all know that sometimes, releasing vague information, without all the facts can have a snowball effect when everyone starts theorising, and then if the bigger players jump ship before the news is clarified, the PI's get stuck holding the stick so to speak. Alternatively, they hold on to the news, and wait for clarification, and breech the rules, and end up in the crap.... especially if the news is then clarified as at the worse end of the scale

I'm holding out for a slightly better top up price, wasn't able to be online at market open, so missed the very early dip, but i only have a very small amount of cash to top up with, so need to make it count, as i'm currently 49% in the hole so to speak, so was looking for sub .80 to top up at

i might as well write off this investment and file it in the same draw as my sable mining shares what a waste of time having these results published in the first place, part of my decision making information was basically f'ked right from the start, great! i stood no chance
