Posters on all boards cry manipulation on any share where the SP is not moving how they expect.
It is always 'MM games'.
Pretty tiresome to read, tbh. What interest is it for them (MM's) with such a small cap stock with very low volumes. Not sold on it, or all the other conspiracy theories spouted by frustrated investors, fishing for stop losses, etc.
Just desperate posting by those trying to influence opinion here with 'plausible' explanations (unable to be proven, or disproven) to try and explain away lack of anything going on.

I just see all current news/income as being priced in.
Companies not always valued based on logical factors such as known production, reserves, etc.
There is still expense to incur with other projects, and also plenty of risk. Maybe the SP accounts for the risk being high still, despite the potential rewards

Just because the bod says we are fully funded, does not always mean the case either. Other opportunities may arise that are too good to turn down (see ANGS RNS today), costs may spiral, other factors may hit the company.
How many times has a company (here included) told us no placing and then done exactly that?

One to keep watching, but pointless being here all day watching the SP until signs of change arise, in form of news, sudden volume change, etc.

Not sure what to make of the TR1 selling out only days ago on the back of this.
Were they aware of this potential deal and not being offered a slice of the pie themselves? Was it the dilution they were unhappy about?
Surely they would not have just sold out on a whim and this deal is pure coincidence?

Note middle of June for 1st gas. So a slippage of at least 2 weeks on what was being touted on here also.

Not really that big a trade though in the grand scheme of things.
Total traded volume today was less than 1% of shares in issue.
Daily volume has only scraped past 1% perhaps a dozen times in the last 3 months, and only barely beaten 2% of shares in issue twice in the past year.
We need positive news here, or a change in sentiment for the recent downward trend to be reversed

For the record, per the FCA Handbook, under DTR 5, a disclosure MUST be made on every single threshold change, i.e. when it reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100%

It is incorrect, as was stated, that the disclosure is only made when the outstanding order is finished. The actual known holding will be available officially on a daily basis at the custodian, and so the company should be notified at each % change.
If there was a delay in reporting this, it would possibly be due to someone not knowing the correct rules for disclosure, but given the time allowed for the buyer/seller to inform the company of the change (4 days), and the time the company is permitted to inform the market (1 day), it could be that the disclosure was held back as the ANGS knew the holder was selling out.

Also, the other example provided to back up the 'only disclose when trade is finished' statement related to a non-UK issuer where the disclosure requirements are different.

Not that any of the above matters, of course, as no one ever follows the rules on AIM, apparently

You can't prove shorting is happening for the simple reason that it most probably isn't, although impossible to prove without any disclosures being made (and you cannot hide from making them like many seem to believe).

It is nigh on impossible to short an AIM share (for a PI anyway). Of course there are examples, and exceptions, but the exception does not make the rule as everyone seems to try and make you believe on here with constant reference to shorting despite no real evidence to suggest it is going on.

The SP movements do not make sense because markets are not rational. It is not as simple as Buys > Sells = SP goes up, and vice versa. If it was everyone would be able to make money.
There are too many factors involved as to why the SP moves as it does, It is not always down to MM games, large buyer/seller in the background, placing shares being sold, and al the other favourite BB staples that do the rounds.

This is not going up as the market is waiting on news. This is my view on the SP news, and this will stay in a range until something happens to change it
It is WN or anything big that has not been priced on that will move this.
The market is well aware of the income stream here currently, so the updates like today, whilst good and useful for us PI's to see that all is well, are not going to make much difference, nor will people posting the poo every 5 minutes.

No one can prove definitively why the SP is doing what it is doing, just like no one can definitively disprove any explanation given as to why it is doing what it is doing. There is likely more than one reason, but shorting is VERY unlikely though, imo

It is possible he does, but I can't prove it, and you most likely can't disprove it either.

Seems to be a bit of scaremongering on various threads here today, and plenty of supposition too.

Still, it could be worse. Another board I am on that had an RNS this am, but was not showing on the LSE feed, had a genuine comment from someone asking whether we all thought the MM's would be aware that there had been a news release!
Not remotely concerned about dips, this was never going up in a straight line with the history here. Delivery only will restore trust in the market.

LSE not great for showing RNS releases, despite their constant claims that any glitches have been resolved.
An RNS cannot be retracted, they can only release an update id something released in error, or with incorrect detail

I have had Heid filtered for some some time now having known of her for more than 4 years (UKOG days, like many), and we all know that what you see on the tin, is what you get.
You clearly do too, so why engage on here all day, every day?

I have no issue with balanced views, or opposing views. I have regularly posted here, and elsewhere, that it is perfectly possible to be negative on some aspects of a company, but be invested and positive (despite the rampers calling you a shorter, trader, etc for daring to criticise anything).
And I have the majority filtered on both sides of the coin on most boards due to their clear BS and agendas.

Do you really believe that what anyone posts on here has any impact to the SP?

At the risk of sounding like the Grinch (again), the sum total of those trades is less that 1% of shares in issue.
Just because the amounts look big to a PI, it does not mean they are big trades as far as the market are concerned.
Volumes are decent, but still less than 1o% of total shares.
We have seen volumes 10x higher plus in the past, so I will not be getting too excited here until I see some tangible signs of something brewing. Not yet, for me.
The SP move is welcome though, of course, but we have still not breached 1.50, since the sharp drop down close to 3 years ago (different shares in issue aside).
Breach 1.50 and stay above that level, and I will feel more comfortable here, despite the closeness to delivery.
Still some risk here, but most has been negated now, yet the market will want signs before any re-rate, as will II's and funds before they look to pile in (imo). They will be happy paying a higher price with less risk attached, as they will still make good gains.
2 weeks should do it on the delivery front, then the future SP is anyone's guess (depending on actual numbers).
Still sticking with my conservative targets re: SFB, but won't be complaining if this get higher quicker than expected.

While I agree that the spike too the 80's was based on noting but hype, it was there or thereabouts for a while (couple of weeks), and I sold a good portion quite easily at 84. I recall being disappointed at the time not to get higher as I think it hit the 90's intra-day too.
I do agree that it is totally pointless to keep referring to the highs in the 80's as a benchmark here, but those that do will continue do so due to clear agendas..
It (80's plus) was not realistic, not sustainable, and not remotely justified.
Having said that, the current SP in the 20's does seem too low, but this needs delivery, confirmed sales, tangible cashflow, to move this up.
A clear and deliverable government strategy would help too.
Will be adding here at these levels, but awaiting funds to do so.

Whatever the SP though (10p all the way to £1 plus), what is guaranteed is that some will moan regardless, AimM will claim not care either way what the SP is as he is not planning to sell, and Haggis will still continue to do a Haggis.

Despite many being here for 10 years plus, it is clear that this is a LT play, and it will likely be a while yet for meaningful returns, despite my own disappointment with the delivery in the last 6 months of last year vs company guidance (expectation, NOT promise).
Unloved sector currently, so SP drift is not solely down to AFC, imo.

Genuine question, as there really has not been any news of late, imo, that warrants it.

WN delivery, a concrete buy-out offer, or confirmed announcement on Special Dividend will get this moving, but I doubt we will see any major movement without something significant that the markets have not already anticipated.

WN is still along way off, imo. Any offer wold likely get leaked before announced so we would see unusual activity (volume, large trades). We know something is expected on a dividend, or buy-back, so all depends on any decision of which option they go for, but not likely to result in a bagging what ever option they go for.
