I was in a small town in France recently that was recycling it's waste to generate electricity for the town.
Unfortunately, I could not find out any more details about the scheme, but it is not one of those on the map.
It could be one of the 13 confidential ones, but the scheme seemed to be pretty well known in the locality of the town.

I invested here in April.
Over 100% up currently, and still see plenty of upside.
Sadly, one of my smaller holdings as unable to add more than I did at the time, but any winner is good and no intention to slice any time soon.
Not expecting straight line growth, but will not be tempted to add further, or panic if any dips.

After inhabiting this board for more than 4 years, I sold out of my remaining position in 2 tranches with the Friday RNS.

After Brockham, I only remained here for SFB, and first gas, so more than happy with my profits despite the very long wait.
Still not convinced with GL and the bod despite the recent appointments, and with SFB more than 20 months and £xx over cost, not going to believe any timeframes/estimates for the side track, or any other asset program.

Despite potential governmental policy changes, not convinced the other assets will add a great deal here either, and they are not of any interest to me.

I still feel there are profits to be made here, but my proceeds have been put into a long term building project, and the additional gains into another share. I am consolidating my positions and reducing AIM exposure, so all good for me.

Not meant as a de-ramp, just scepticism on my part, and distrust of the bod taking it's toll, mixed with relief to realise what I was realistically expecting to see towards the back end of 2020 based on bod projections.

I am not one for hanging around a board that I do not hold, but may drop in here if I see ANGS news, or it's appearance on the leaders' board in the future.

Volumes have been up where they have needed to be here since 25/8.
Long may they continue.

I have been posting for a while that I am here for SFB only. I still do not trust GL, but the recent appointments do add some credibility here for the long term future of SFB (not the other assets, imo).

I sold 80% of my position last week due to limits being reached while absent for 10 days plus in a different time zone.
Hindsight is easy, but happy with my return, despite the SP some 40% plus up since they were reached. The SP hit my more conservative estimates for first gas, so I achieved my aim. A profit after 3.5 years of pain ok with me.
Happy to leave some profit for others.

I still retain 20% of my position with a 1.09p average.
I do not intend to hold for the long term - still not interested in Lidsey, Geothermal, etc - and will await news on flow rates, etc before making any further decisions.
I will most probably not not hang about for the side track as history suggests it will take far longer than anticipated, and my original exit timeline here was for Q4 2020 !!

I have always had an allocated project for any ANGS profits, and have been able to more than cover those requirements, despite the longer than anticipated wait.

As an aside, totally baffled as to why fracking keeps getting mentioned on here. GL has stated so many times that this is not a possibility with the assets held in his view. Yes, any policy change may result in a rethink and open options, but the unnecessary use of this to try and ramp here is totally unwarranted currently.
But then, the herd will be mainly made up of traders looking to shaft others to get their profits and exit.

I am seeing far less green on here when reading through posts, so at least that is one positive.

What has happened to all of the 'I told you so' merchants?
I bet none of them have held their hands up and admitted to being continuously wrong for the best part of 4 years and missing out on their chance to gloat at the failure of SFB.
No doubt their narrative will have changed somehow to show that they were right, having moved the goalposts to support their altered predictions of doom.

I share a similar view after more than 3 years of waiting on SFB.
Happy that my limit orders were filled during my recent absence in a different time zone which prevented me from following this for long periods.
80% out here now at a good profit.
More than happy to leave further profits to others as SFB first gas has always been my goal
Balance held for further updates, but will look to sell out on any next rises.

After 3 and a half years of patiently waiting, it would be typical of ANGS to announce first gas in the next 2 weeks when I am away with limited access to internet.
I have placed a series of limit Sell orders today at 2 price levels, just in case to sell 80% of my position.

There is so much reaching here to try and explain what is and isn't going on.
The wild theories to try and talk away the months of ongoing disappointment by the rampers are becoming just as desperate as the wild theories thrown about to try and talk this down by the derampers since pre-Brockham.

Sadly, the actions of the bod are playing right into the latter's hands and they have been doing their job for them for the majority of those past 4 years.
When will it change?

But the guy who is running the show on site (SFB) is the same guy who was running the show there when it was last producing

Personally, I would say that the unknown 1.5m trade was a sell, which resulted in the spread narrowing prior to the 2m trade a few minutes later which I would say was a buy.

In all honesty though, both of these trades are small in terms of shares in issue and are really not worth quibbling about.

Why are investors in these types of shares always convinced (or making the suggestion) that holders of other similar shares are taking profits to invest in 'here'?

Seen it on every AIM O&G share on here over the last 4-5 years, and similar was posted yesterday.
Does anyone even look at the trading volumes before liking these types of posts?

<5m traded in half a day here. That is less than 0.2% of shares in issue.
It is quite clear that the herd is not arriving here, nor are profit takers from elsewhere.

This needs good news, and soon. Or this will drop.
Sad to say, but the bod need to deliver (no change there from the last 9 months of expectation based on bod estimates vs reality)

What do you consider to be 'massive' for a re-rate?
Not expecting more than 25% to 50% from here on 1st gas given the bod antics.

I know these messages get recommends, but it really is a pathetic argument to suggest that ANGS are here to heat the UK and hospitals through winter. Like it is some altruistic enterprise. So deliberately disingenuous to suggest this angle

Just another extreme view to paint a different reality to the greed and deliberate misdirection that is really going on.

More than 8 months of constant delays (ignoring all the other earlier target dates) and less company specificity by the day, yet delays are constantly spun as a positive by some.
'oh look, the futures price is going up'

Much delusion from the die hards, and desperate traders.
This is simply not good enough, and has been dire for months now, yet anything GL says and does is still taken as gospel and announced as a pre-curser to imminent, and guaranteed success.

The possible positive moves here have been so negated by company actions it is ridiculous.
Realistic value has been eroded so much it is a joke. 2p max on first gas for me, probably closer to 1.75, in reality.
Not hanging around for the side track, and now looking to cash in at anything from 1.50 upwards.
still a decent return for me, but way below realistic expectations based on the possibilities here from 3 years ago.

Way to go, GL and team. I though PV and Brockham was a big enough farce, but you have done a fantastic job of making a sure thing look an impossible job.

Have been saying this for a while.
An initial, one-off Special dividend for me, with the promise of an annual future dividend, at a sustainable level.

The SP has been rising well of late, on what is still pretty low volumes.

Anything is possible on AIM.
But, all of these companies have unsustainable and totally unrealistic rises on the back of potential, and very often do not reach the same highs (mcap) on delivery.

Angus is well past the stage of 'potential' and we have seen those highs on 'nothing' already. We are past that stage. The market wants delivery. Nothing else.
This will only go up on news of first gas flowing at, or above predicted rates.

20p is absolute pie in the sky here with SFB, as is 10p. Perhaps 5p with a successful sidetrack, but, as others have posted, many will be disappointed with what is likely here on 1st gas.

Staying realistic and optimistic, but the continued failure of this bod to deliver, on top of the previous regime, has really harmed the reputation and credibility of this company.

All will be forgotten, for a time anyway, when 1st gas RNS finally lands.

Is there something brewing in the background here?
Volumes for the past 10 days or so are 3-5 times the average over the last 3 months, with a rise of circa 40% over the same timeframe.

Coincidence, market sentiment/confidence returning, or something yet to be announced that the market has got a whiff of?
Unusual activity, imo, and can't be related to the known, and ongoing income stream, so hopefully will see some good news soon.
