Was not expecting anything new (to the market) to be announced at the webinar tonight, but thie timing of this is great to enable this news to reach a wider audience.
A comprehensive update too, all info in 1 place.

I was particularly impressed with the 2 paras of Aldo's statement -

The recent Board visit involved positive meetings with key Government and regional representatives, all of whom expressed support for the Company's objective to produce battery grade lithium in a relatively short timescale and in a sustainable manner. They were pleased to see the Company employing increasing numbers of locals and promoting the Company's green credentials with local communities. An office will be opened in Copiapo which will further facilitate this engagement.

"Finally, we had a very positive meeting in Santiago with our DLE processing partner, SunResin, who have already delivered DLE plants in various countries and are working with the Company on our pilot plant. We feel reassured that they will be able to work towards our expected schedule to deliver the facilities required to commence lithium production from our projects in 2025 and we look forward to working with SunResin as a long-term commercial partner, delivering our pilot plant in the near-term."

Interesting move today.
Volume still not huge (circa 2% currently), but on course to be the 2nd highest volume day in 3 months (55m on 15/11 being the highest - last RNS update). We have to go back to H1 to see the last sustained period of higher volumes.

Not sure the higher volume today necessarily explains the rise, but not complaining. Can we hold at these levels for the last hour of trading?

Disappointed at the level of the discount, especially as I only added here last week.

As Glengarth says, needs must when it comes to AIM.

For me, it should be obligatory with any 'oversubscribed' placing to be fully transparent and detail exactly how oversubscribed it was as this could make a difference to the SP on announcement, i.e. 2x oversubscribed and the SP may not drop or could even rise depending on the reasons for the raise.
Given that the raises always seem to be oversubscribed, the company should look in the future at raising an amount within a range of SP and interested parties bid for what they are prepared to pay. (e.g. £5m at 35p, or £4m at 40p). They can then use the price level that is the best value for the company for what they are looking to achieve.

The unknown factor is what causes disgruntlement amongst us PI's.

Still comforted by the lock in period of TG shares post completion of this deal.
Q1 2023 needs to see the commencement of delivery of target production levels as outlined in the 24/11 update.
Interesting times ahead, but a disappointing start to the week.

Disappointing update today.
Will have to take the RNS at face value.
Will look to see progress elsewhere over the coming months, but the long stop date will be my target date to sell reduce my position if this passes without positive Deeside news.

Was tempted to add some more here on Tuesday, so glad I put the money elsewhere.
Circa 60% down currently, I'm sure many others will be in a similar boat

Sadly, I would hardly expect to see any re-rate on the signing of the Definitive Documents.
The market will be looking for delivery and actual returns for any material moves.
Actually doing something that is known and largely expected, will likely cause a small rise, hopefully sustainable, nothing more.

Plenty going on on various fronts for 2023 to be cause for much optimism though.
Slow burn here, no quick returns following the previous hype driven rise, imo

Very good update.
Should at least underpin the SP and hopefully see this move back into the low-40's today.
May not see the more decent rises until we see actual figures for production with a lot expected to happen in Dec 2022.
May have to see actual figures released in Jan for any potential re-rate.
Good progress, nonetheless.
Happy to hold. Averaging low 70's so a way to go for me yet.

Not going to read too much into this RNS.
It is likely (imo) that there has been a large redemption on one, or more of their funds and they had to sell down SEE at a pro-rata rate within the fund(s) to accommodate the outflow.
Due to their conviction, they arranged to Buy the majority back in a different fund, hence the transactions at the same price, but were constrained here due to fund limits so were not able to buy the full amount..

The difference amounts to 1.75% of shares in issue, so even on its' own would not warrant a TR1 unless bought by an existing holder with a large position that breaches a reporting threshold.
We will see in time, may have just been absorbed in the market, or held by MM's.

The buy/sell for LAOME at 5.5p does not mean the remaining shares will have been bought at the same price, they could well have been traded closer to the Ask unless it was a negotiated order, or just held by MM.

Just imo, other possibilities could apply here

Directors are only constrained from dealing within 30 days prior to the release of interim and final results.
They can deal outside of this period subject to company policy particularly surrounding sensitive information

I know conspiracy theories always abound on these boards when waiting for news, but to suggest that someone is Selling £10 of shares every day at the open in order to keep the SP down is ridiculous in the extreme.
And 2 recommends for this post also!

I have filtered the 2 clear and obvious trolls here, but now wondering who really is worth paying attention to on this board given the propensity to blame everything on MM games, or some other standard BB cliche we hear on virtually all AIM boards while we wait for the news that is due 'any day now', as we have been told every day here for weeks now.

Like others have posted recently, I don't comment here much, and will just await news.
Some are too emotionally invested here, and too impatient, imo

As for the regular small trades mentioned, possibly a VWAP strategy at a limit price, or a daily adjustment to a previous days trading to reach a round number of shares traded per day for a larger open order.
Several other possibilities too, but not (imo) someone trying to influence the SP.

This was always a long term hold (10 years plus), just disappointing that it has dropped so far.
Even after selling the IPO position for a decent return profit due to circumstances at the time, buying back in close to the original issue price has proven to be poor timing.
Re-investing now compared to 9 months ago would have been much better.

Agree with much of your post aandi.
Not sure that EQT will be going to the moon, but the growth potential here is very good.

We have already had the big move on 'hype' seen on many AIM shares, followed by the almost inevitable fall back.
Most rational investors will have seen that the 'high' was based on nothing more than potential and was not a true reflection of the current progress, but nevertheless, this has fallen back much further than many would have expected.

As with similar companies, it is all about delivery now.
Very good chance of success, imo, and much expected on multiple fronts but will not get too carried away with potential valuations/mcap/SP.

This is the 3rd largest of my equity positions. I have a high(ish) average currently.
In two minds whether to add further here, but no available funds make that decision moot just now.
Price is very tempting though
