Would be nice at some stage to get some information of any type whatsoever regarding progress. Would lift spirits massively. I am wary of open ended vacuum of reported progress. S/p reflects this I feel. If u only have a tiny bit invested then you can just forget about ot. But if you've made the decision to put a lot in ( not knowing about the Placings! ) then I would very much like progress updates. Caveat emptor etc . but as a shareholder with a lot of shares and a high average I would appreciate regular info. I am aware it is a sign of unsureness.

Yes. We needed a pull back. Dow was also 2 yrs overdue. I think we may be in for a confidence rattling month or so on the markets but that's how markets work. WTI is an unknown. But SPT looks here to stay ( as I was convinced) . Dow will probably roller coaster now. Interest rates needed to rise. Cheap money feeds inflation. Then inflation kicks back through high spending and wages and the circle of economics goes on. The hard bit is avoiding sudden crises. So a pull back is curative. The unknown is always unexpected socio-political events that can change the whole caboodle. We need this present Dow blip out of the way and a call on US interest rates to be made . We need F/Y results and financials in March done and dusted so we know where we stand. We need WTI to reach that inflection zone which provides some kind of stability of confidence. And we need to just say sod it..go with it all.

Great share. Thanks. My feeling is that oil will never average below $50 this quarter ( $54.4 if discounted). To me no way. SPT will IMH and depressed opinion become payable so we will lose that mighty 22% ave.Mr. Imbert will have his deviously unpromised pound of flesh no doubt. Still..1.5 mill is solid.Overpaying MEEI and BIR is crucial too IMO as long as tgey can afford it. I believe they have 11 million in bank too. 6 million to pay govt. off is not an unreasonable amount. Shale?? Storm in a teacup? We will see in next 18 months I feel. I am not a supporter of $80 a barrel without serious political unrest. I don't see $50 and below either unfortunately. But I can oh so easily be wrong either way. 54-59 is the bad place we are in and I can't see Mr. Promises dropping SPT at all. I never did. My feeling is tgat oil will creep up again.....I look at history. Shale or no shale. Tge world needs $60+ and countries want it. Even good old self-serving US of A. Thanks for the post.

around 84,000 per month depending on 28/30/31 days. Period last year saw 300 but now dropped back. Because onshore sale fell through bopd is fairly high. New onshore drilling on the cards or maybecalready started. Expect maybe 2,900+ atm.

Not really on the cards. Dow needs correction. US been grosslybovervalued for 2 yrs now. Healthy rebalancing. IMO funding is already a problem though. That's why I'm nervous re. FEED. Others are not. I am.Happy to be wrong.

Short term troublesome. Medium and long term lower WTI will affect shale profits. Rising interest rates may have more of an effect on their debt-fuelled positions. It takes time so wouldn't show for a while. I did expect the Dow to plummet again. Well overdue. Further to go IMO. Oil too probably. Sensible companies have low G and A costs and well-monitored capex. Hedging crucial. Trin has these . Govt. debt and CLN's manageable at lower WTI especially if some already paid off early. We've had oil above 60 for a while and it was at a sweet sub 54.4 for a while too. I expect a bit more blood on the streets. But we have good management at play here. I await March update.

Yes I remember all the details about Sterling. They did a consolidation which was abnormal as it ended up diluting the shares to oblivion. They promised payments to shareholders I seem to remember. Bizarre. I'll take a good look and het back to u.

Fair point...even in humour! I expect vacuum though. It's how Infa seems to work. Popeye was right but promises are often compromised. At the moment feeling nothing but disappointment on a 60% loss although I tip my hat to the optimism of some of you.
