Hi mate. I have a fair experience of L and G. They tend to be quite rigid with their fund parameters. They mistakenly sold out of Trin in 2015 at a stonking loss because it didn’t fit their investment threshold rules. It is a positive thing that they are still here IMO. It means that Infa still fits their parameters. I doubt they would’ve increased holding though. They are very rigid.

That's the nature of AIM. A market run on sentiment. I do know that spikes and troughs are the heartbeat f many AIM stocks. i don't partake usually as been burned too much. I do top-slice however....and reinvest lower....but have never experienced a 50% spike.i have top-sliced Trin many times.....but it is not a normal AIM share. More a 250 or 100 share. Spiked 5% this morning and sank on selling. A reflection of what you say but a long-term hold..AIM is a balance of caution/risk/ patience and guts.Caution is crucial IMO.remember Afren/AIM/Circle/London Mining...etc There are real devious sharks out there who want to take your money by deception. Most of all...research is important. Caveat Emptor.. Know thy share. Know thy company.be wary...very wary and not gung-ho. Difficult with nfa. I know AP personally.....but the last 9 months have been abysmal for those of us who promoted the takeover. I hold many and await future developments.

Personal stories are often attacked by the less mature on BB's....but I feel that is their problem. Important to help others in a real way from replicating your own errors. Still very cautious re. Infa....not surprisingly with 5 figure loss. Heartened if what you say about SIC rings true.like Set/McC etc...still big red loss though! McC inspires me with his enthusiasm and optimism.I am jaded somewhat.

lost �320k in 2016. Scammed by Petropavlovsk for �100K in 15:1 Rights Issue. .Regained a portion of it by trust in Trin when all others were selling. Bought at 1.5p.now 19.5p. regained about half.Can now pay bills and kids' needs.(no income as of last year when lost job). Adrian knows all this.he was in Petropavlovsk and in Trin. Just sharing . i was totally broke. Now a very very cautious investor. been taken for rides before (POG/RBS/Lloyds/N. Rock/ Landesbanki.and more !!) Am still very cautious here as fingers very burned and hold a lot. Been investing 20 years and by G** have I seen it change to a casino. please explain your last comment....take off table etc....

Really sorry mate. I typed in 0.235 instead of 0.2435. The lowest buy price today was 0.2435. It started the day at 0.2465. You will see my buy at 8:01. It brought my ave down a smidgeon only. I expect 0.23-0.235 after the GM approval. Sorry ..I meant 0.2435 as today’s low. I’m very surprised a buy at 0.24p! I couldn’t get it! Am I right that you can only buy after the bell and can’t sell?? I don’t know if true.I also hold Glencore and am amazed by after-bell trades in the millions(£). Setanta..I don’t know anything about warrants so I think I missed something. I assumed the Placees paid for warrants and obviously tgey are granted 1:2 ratio. So I’ve been a bit thick. Selling shares at any time at all for them is a win-win. But more of a win-win if s/p higher of course. The only good thing I can think of for me is that if it gets to 0.48 then I’ll have got 2/3 of my money back!

Lowest available price to buy today was 0.235. For quite a while. no-one took. not sure if 0.24 is sell. i think so as it was at 0.24 sell all day.i too think this will poss. go to 0.23...but perhaps only briefly as it may be snapped up by buy orders.

i am doing an injustice to answer for someone else. that's their business. But why sell off the ''freebie'' shares at a negligible profit. If that's how a Placee feels then what's the point in waiting for supra 0.48p to buy a warrant. You could've doubled your profit already. i know it has been argued that Placees can dump these shares at above 0.24p.....but i do feel it'd have to be at a reasonable profit to do so. and why not Bed and ISA as 3 placees have already done today? forgive my intrusion. I'm trying to make sense of things too. i personally do not expect newsflow going on past record....so I have to try to make sense of what I can with the red holding I have .

Research done.According to my broker it could be two sells. Bed and ISA possible but dubious according to them.8p difference in the number of shares does not cover costs. So they don't know either. So how could I ? to er is human....to not know something even more so ! So I remain sceptical but am not going to lose sleep over it.Civility means more to me.

no-one has bought. But 2 lots of �25k have been sold. Perhaps Placees.Rather large amount for LTH's. Strange that the ''new found optimism'' has not been put into practice. rather the other way round. My caution often has good roots ( and can also be wrong). methinks there has been a rush of short-term optimism before ongoing vacuum .....post FEED or not.Rather than posters..we need real consistent newsflow. Yes and at a 5 figure 2/3 loss I'd just be happy with my money back too btw ! just noticing and analysing......right or wrong.

Kind of you. Thanks. I did it to aid people in making the right decision in their own circumstances....and rest easy with whatever their decision is. You explain the warrants in exactly the way I had understood them. As a 'potential' bonus to make the Placing more attractive. I do not see anyone rushing in to buy Infa. I see another vacuum ahead (my opinion). I think we could see a drift down ..but that cold likely be reversed by awaiting buyers. Quite a few people hold this company now. Sensible to average down unless it's just a punt. Me personally I am saddened that those who said they were about to buy have not done so.Whether they hold 5 m shares or 25m. It undermines my confidence a little. I personally never say if I am about to buy ....or sell.....as I may change my mind.And why should I potentially influence others anyway? But I am a lover of the truth.not that i am suggesting people are telling ''untruths''.....just that at 0.265.....why not buy if you are going to ...unless you think it will fall somewhat. The nature of this BB changed dramatically in a week. Nothing in Infa seems to have done. Setanta...being in the same camp as you.....I understand your reticence and wavering...as I do the same.
