Something going on. This is not a balancing of multiple trades as in high volume shares, Seen this before with Trin. Often means stuff going on behind MM closed doors. Can’t prove it of course.

As good an entry as you'll get. Opened at 23.65 to buy this morning. Sells brought it down but your purchase and a couple of others brought it back up . 23.1 to buy now.22.9 to sell.low volume reaction share at the moment. MM's brought it down to accommodate a ''buddy buy'' at 100,000 shares. It's what they do.Your purchase prices are sound and will be a tidy sum of profit in the moderate future.

Yes I understand that approach re. SIPP. My personal SIPP does not feel as “ live” as my ISA. I don’t want to waste my ISA holding as it took many years to build right from Tessa days!! I remember trying tonput £9000 into my annual Tessa. Often couldn’t!! As I am no longer earning much I use income drawdown from my sipp and put it into ISa each year. A curious task but it tirns it into live money! Sipp money takes up to a month to get out !!!! I am in the process of helping one son get a mortgage and have to take deposit from Sipp . 25% cash takes about 10 days. Rest takes up to a month!!!! Isa fluidity easily best option. Half my Trin is in isa and half in sipp . I hold much. I’d prefer to have it all in Isa !!! Isa useless for cash except as potential investing cash. Good for stocks as growth has no CGT. With a company like Trin you can eaaily exceed CGT limit in a year. Maladoni....these small buys are weird. I feel something going on. This is usual for large Ftse stocks but unheard of for Trin. Happened twice last year . But we’ve had a lot recently. I feel the s/p may be being massaged for favoured traders. But I don’t have a clue what the mini-trades are about!! Shame WTI down though but what a WTI/Brent spread. Huge!!!

Makes perfect sens.Isa first . Didn’t know 19% corp tax. on Sipp. Personal Sipp gives u 40% tax relief though doesn’t it? Either way though Trin will see u good.

This should come good. May be a while for your £2 though. Troble with Sipps is that you have tonpay tax when you take the money put. I prefer isas by far. I hold Trin in both though.

My opinion only. Don’t rely on Trin dropping more to buy. None of my business of course and I don’t want to step over boundaries but I’ve seen too many people wait for the price they want. 23p from 27p in a week is a hefty drop. Not warranted by WTI. You can never predict a share price admittedly. And Trin never fails to surprise in both directions - I bought in here at £1.30(?) I think. My lowest purchase price was 1.49p. Taught me a lot to say the very least. ‘Nuff said. Ignore if unnecessary info.

I’ve been in here for nearly 5 years now. Hold a great deal. No better-run company. It wasn’t always like this. By any means. Great cash-flow. Great debt management and early payback on the cards. CLN’s to be adressed then. This frees up for expansion 2019 into huge TGAL offshore 2p (already proven and probable) piped through existing offshore producing field called Trientes. Under $30 breakeven average atm . 22% SPtax over $54.4 discounted WTI. By about $65 WTI the tax is negated. Approx 2700 bbls a day. Can’t remember exact monthly profit but it’s about $ 1,200,000 atm. Enough to address debt and swell coffers. I think 11 mill in bank atm. Share price should be twice this in a year . Should be. Not will be. Could be less or more. Bottom drawer for 2-3 yrs and you will be a dandily well-off man. 3000 prospect 2018. 7000 is goal by 2020

Not to be regretted methinks. I can’t sing Trin’s praises enough. Try to access Whitman Howards analysis fron end of last year. And Malcy’s blogs. I was going to direct you to RNS as I know hedging is up to end of this year but forgot the price thresholds. GO is the man for the figures! GO ...glad ur still present and correct.

A few sellers of late and the WTI/Brent drop. Lots of controversy there. Opec and Russia trying to patch up their hold on things. WTI spread not helping them.Trin remains solid and looking to pay 2nd 2018 instalment in 4 weeks (end June.) That should bring them down to a very manageable level ...I suspect Sep paid off. CLN's next. I saw today and yesterday as good buying opportunities. We'll see if I regret it tomorrow :-/

For anyone interested...TA sees a 5 wedge pattern of correction to low 60's . Short-term before rising . Supply/demand/politico analysts see short term correction before demand quickly outstrips any OPEC/Russia cuts. WTI/Brent spread also contributing to US output as WTI cheaper.This ( only IMO) can't last but we'll see. Supply deficit forecast for June is being ''addressed'' by OPEC and Vlad ( who insists on his preferred oil price) Not like him to want his own way is it. With SPT at $50 non-discount or $54.4 discounted....Trin makes a profit anyway.......no matter what. Even at $54.5. Just less profit. Retracement is a shame but these political games are a result of Saudi losing market share again (WTI spread giving US a boost as China buys up). it'll be interesting to see if Goldman Sachs are right in seeing oil 8% above its recent high in only 2 months. Ultimately...supply and demand ALWAYS win.If the deficit is not or cannot be addresssed for a multitude of reasons then oil can only become more ''valuable''. It is very hard to make sense of media-based oil analyst. it's like reading a tabloid that changes its mind day to day.Trin's hedge to end 2018 is important and shows good business sense. BIR/MEEI neeed to be paid off (maybe end of Sep.....who knows). Then CLN's by hook or by crook. Then Trin can start its planned expansion (TGAL)....as one media guru called it in 2014......the Golden Goose.(he didn't see the oil crash as it was happening0). Hope this has been of interest to someone...if only me. A well -run company. All corners covered.Whatever happens with WTI or s/p.......ship steady at the helm. Next 2 months will be interesting re. supply /demand vs. Vlad/OPECV and price of oil though.

We still have persistent sellers suppressing the trafing though. Yesterday many of 100k shares. Today one of 157k shares. Buyers buoy the price and sellers dampen it. Good to empty Trin’s pot of sellers .

As long as it’s not offensive. I would however add to that summary-yes which we did all already know- that risk here is minimal. Any stock can be a risk. I would indeed put moneybin here which I could not afford to lose. Indeed I have big-time. If risk-reward were that simple then few would invest. To me this is almost as safe as a bank account. I was in Northern Rock/Brad and Bing/RBS/Lloyds/Landesbanki Iceland. My children have their ISA’s and SIPPs in here. So yes I would invest what I am not prepared to lose. Been through the darkness. I know the light.
