I am not a city investor. i do not have vast amounts to buffer loss.Did not expect this from trin. Faith irrevocably dented.

is at 15p. Re. flipping....I am really referring to the enormous amount of new buyers today at 16.3p and around there. not the Placees except for retail ones. I don't see CLN'ers or institutions flipping. they don't tend to or need to. just p/i's.
Sound long term financial planning....appalling timing and sensitivity to loyal existing shareholders.Been through enough FGS.I am aware of how irritating whingeing can be......so ..apologies if so.. I will express myself honestly regardlesss though..

no not at all. Don't worry.that was different.TXP is not related either. Could hit 15p or less.14p maybe.but maybe not so don't sell in that hope. May not happen. It's a stronger company now so 6p will not happen.but it's a total shareholder shaft nevertheless.

Only if you want to realize a loss. Compnay will be debt-free but 25% less value as 255 more shares on market. Probably worst time to sell unless you only have a small holding. 15p per new share. F'ing ridiculous discount. We are now back to being that 16p share you once talked about and are likely to stay here or go lower to 15p. Utter pi**-take for loyal holders.Like POG all over again here. Selling realizes your loss. You might be able to buy back cheaper but can't count on it.You will then wave bye bye to trin. They deserve a middle finger from me......not beating around the bush here. But when you sell ypu crystallize the drop and can't guarantee a cheaper buy back ....you just get the hell out. Each to their own. So disgusted i don't want to advise you.....but only sell if you want to cut your losses and depart.

Trin has issued new shares (Placing) to raise money. Appalling decision . Digs the knife in to you and me after all we have been through. Next year share price may recover.......but we are back to square one. I probably feel worse than you but expect you are shocked too.I like you have no funds to buy cheap shares. Someone else said disloyal to existing shareholders. Understatement.OK if you are loaded and can sit it out. We not in that position. Pah.

Did not expect to be shafted by Trin. I really thought they had some care for shareholders. Long long long -term all well and good......but we were just recovering. Joke joke joke. Existing shareholders taken for ride....some of us have no funds to partake in discounted subscription.Heartless.Was gonna sign out in disgust but wanted to vent total utter loss of faith now. IMO this was putting the cart before the horse. WTI firmed. profit assured. Why put loyal shareholders through this after all we have been through already?? Trin was already assured repayments and CLN's. Grist to the mill for dissatisfaction here. 15p?? A lot of people will be making a lot of money ...but not those of us who have been here from the start and suffered enough already. Pi**ed off and signing out.

Trin sell WTI ( West Texas Intermediate). It is sold at a discount to the goong price ( normally about 8.8% depending on barious factors) . Hence SPT levied at $54.4. We assume they are selling at this discount. WTI much cheaper than Brent. Different in composition ( usually lighter) but China amd others been loading up due to big spread with Brent and WTI being so much cheaper. Trinidad not that far from Texas refineries. Thanks to SSR and JFk for update. Next 6-9 months interesting in many ways.
