You are right. I had the cash for mortgage and reinvested pre-Opec.I topped up too early. Btw...no ifs or buts. This company WILL deliver. Been here from day one. Know them. Top quality and nothing like previous sloppy team. I feel that thos will genuinely be double in one year or much much less. And I never ever ever b-sh or ramp. Temporary pain here. P’ed off abput topping up. Wish I’d been less gung-ho. Roll with it.

Yes. Painful ( for me) but timely opportunity for Trin. Acquisitions and new drilling await a debt-free company. Early debt-free. I’m still smarting though. Personal consequences ( can’t help son with mortgage) on my side. Nobody’s business except mine but it’s what hurts most. For everyone else the company is simply unshackled and stronger.

CLN’s assured to be repaid. 93 m shares ( inc interest) of dilution not gonna happen and Trin now has cash on top to expand drilling or acquisitions.First dulution was not a Placing. It was a very very clever refinancing against all odds. No more dutions are necessary nor likely. :- No more debt!! Drilling without results is not what Trin do . Once 4 yrs ago. ( Eldorado ). They were cash-rich and gung-ho. Different team now.It won’t happen. Only 2p and contingent. Already all proven!! ALL proven. Placing not handled sensitively I agree. Hurts me atm. Trin is now however very very low risk and a buyer’s dream. With respect all you say is wrong ( apart from subjective decision on badly handled). The opposite of all you say is true. Trin is a buyer’s gift at 16p Fair price??? Not by any measure...just present Placing-related value. Read WH. Read Malcy. Read Cantor F. Currently there is such low risk that if I had the money I wouldn’t invest ANYWHERE else. You are entiled to express yourself but are wrong on all material counts. The opposite is the truth in fact.

Discovering that in spite of CLN payoff and return to March price that I still feel depressed and aggrieved :-( Not that we all don’t recognize we have to roll with it nor benefits. Maybe it was the way it was done....it feels stealthily and to the benefit of ii’s and CLN’ers. I almost always sing Trin’s praises but the niggle ( useless as it is ) still persists. My faith is bruised. Of course I see that Trin is stronger and the case for investment here is oveewhelming. Buy buy buy. But as long long term shareholder I feel the barb. Unnecessary post but maybe someone will resonate somewhere.

Wonder if new shares have a marketable value. Cannot buy as not a bean. Will we be able to sell the “ Rights”? What will be shareholder criteria too? Those who held on a certain date? That would be fairer although the whole thing has not been treated with fairness in mind it seems.

I am unable to buy any cheap shares I wonder if we will have an allocation of said shares whose Rights we can sell? ( as in a Rights Issue)?? I’d rather buy but don’t have a bean as I let myself be suckered into buying early pre-OPEC decision. I wonder on shsreholder criteria too. Sometimes it is only those whoheld before a certain date. That wod be much fairer but Trin haven’t gone about this with fairness in mind so I doubt it.

Nice to hear. Wish better circumstances. I still hold same large amount. Gutted of course atm. Thought we’d overcome a hurdle. This company puts you through the wrangler...been nearly 5 yrs of it...3 years in torture. Now a big bolt from blue . Totally unexpected. Don’t know re. profit. Trin is not perspicacious. We only know what they print. I do trust certain people at the helm. Only ones that I have learned to trust...no naivity left here. So because I trust one person in particular I will hold faith. I hate to sell at a loss just to get by but will have to. Property mortgage for my son is now dead in the water. That is tragic and guts me the most. It was ok to sell at 13p. Good resume. My interpretation to a tee. I would just add that WTI is almost an irrelevance once CLN’s cleared. If Trin is debt -free at $30 breakeve then profit is profit. Expansion is Trin’s early aim..hence debt -free and capital-rich. It can also attract farm-ins re. offshore. No debt means negligible risk to institutions looking for clear profit or share-price rise. Farm-inscor investment. No skeletons or overhangs. Today was about the eradication of the overhang of dilutive CLN’s. The threat of it. The presence of more institutions also adds some credence to the company Today’s dilution is less than CLN dilution since the latter does not bring the benefit of new cash. Best to eradicate CLN’s early and gain cash for expansion now than stroll casually but emptily towards a slow paying off of debt whilst income is high and can be put to better use right now! I don’t like how it has made me feel. Miserable day. Massive paper loss. Enormous. But perhaps in 6 months it will be clearer. I hate the prospect of this level of share price but know it was here only 3 months ago ..mid March .. Easy to get drunk on share rises though. And I certsinly did. Trin is as it was in March but in 3 weeks time it could be debt free. How many companies are debt free?? With cash?? With BOD who have much skin in the game?? Certainly not in AIM !!!! I have no doubt that their interests are fully aligned with shsreholders although I don’t like the way they did it. It favours the asset rich who can afford new shares. 15p was probably the result of an unforgiving marketplace though. Many companies want cash. Competitive. We have to hold the pain of the drop ( it hurts me anyway) - no choice- and hang in there. I’ll have to sell some at a loss just to live but that’s my problem. Bummer of a day. But Trin is stronger now than this time on 15th March. I wish I’d sold at 25p too though :-/

Your last post was the most insightful. I wish i had had the money to do the same. I hold to everything you just said. Transformational. My blood has boiled. But part of it was my own unfortunate purchases in last 2 weeks or i would've been able to buy too. i got OPEC right by buying last week. But this was unexpected or I'd have been ok. What you have just said is right ...transformational. Just painful...very very painful short term for us LTH's.

Agree with all you have said. But as you know from me ..and as Wingnut says....some of us don't have the dosh !! can't average down or buy cheap. It is us who lose out. that is a sadness. And need a hat tipping to it. We asset-less long termers lose out until the share price recovers.
Trin is stronger and more versatile now. It can look at onshore assets to purchase and drill held assets without overhang of debt. what a company to invest in right now !!! I only wish i could !!! It's just a frigging giveaway and i am still reeling at my loss of course. my greatest remorse is that i bought in last 3 weeks and can't buy anything now !!!!

Around 16p for some while means a defined ( rather shortish) period...allowing flippers. Important I make that crystal clear. I'm just referring to flippers. Them aside and out of the way in a very short time then we should see the company .....onshore acquisitions....redrilling...etc etc .....move production and with it the shareprice ..on and up. I may have misled by the looseness of ''for some while''. Certainly not long term or even mid-term.It is subjective and is my emotive imprecise reaction. Weeks perhaps. In total total unadulterated honesty(i never bull**it) i would buy right now if I could. That is the truth. I'm just (as usual) emotive.Just pi**ed off I can't. So to all and sundry....do what i can't........buy into a stronger company which has got under my skin but will pay you handsomely if you do. Just wish i hadn't bought last week or could have done so myself.

today's buyers will keep the price down by selling at a profit (flipping). i expect a low price now for some while. this has not been handled respectfully at all.Those who can afford it may not be bothered. Some can't. most of all...after all we have had to handle 2014-2017..........it's the loyal shareholders who suffer . i don't buy into the shrugging of shoulders unless you can afford to.

I'm with Jonny Rotten.Not with the cool calm measured easy perspective of those whose lives are not immediately impacted and can wait it out indefinitely (2020 or beyond). Some of us can't. not sure about collective memory as Jeremy B may not have been on board through the dark times. But Bruce D told me personally that his burning memory of 2016 was of the most painful period of his life. He recalled it to me in that way. I was surprised.It was the second most painful prolonged period of my own life.Taking his personal (not collective )memory into account (not sure if Jeremy was there 2014-2017)and having shared my own crisis with him then I am surprised that shareholders can be subjected to such short-mid term pain again. This could have waited and to some of us (not just myself) has inflicted enormous implications regarding impending family decisions (now have to scrap joint mortgage for my son......my problem not anyone else's...just a slice of the real ).
