Well..a share is a share. It could get to 15.25 on tge bid but actually my opinion is that it’s likely to sit around the 15.5 mark. You should be able to buy at 15.7/15.6 tomorrow/ and next week as MM’s ( who are much stingier than you or me) work to prevent tail-swallowing.After that Mm’s don’t need to. Price likely to rise before EGM to prevent cheap buying which is the by-product of their meanness to prevent us selling existing. They do it at almost every Rights Issue or Subscripition . So predictable. Up to Monday/Tuesday you should be safe to buy very cheap. Be careful after that as mm’s don’t need to keep it so low as cash from share sales takes 2-3 days to be settled and they don’t have to suppress it as it’s too late to buy( with H/L anyway). You could send a courier to Beckenham on Tuesday before 11.00.if desparate!!! I personally don’t think you’ll get better than 15.7p to buy. Just my weather-worn wrinkled opinion after many years of mm games. Your call of course. They have it all worked out. If you are buying with cash then split the purchases and play around wih numbers of shares. You can save a fortune if you are buying 750k shares. My dealing cost is £5.95 so I can split into as many portions as I want when I buy. Yours might be higher which may influence you. 750k is a lot to buy. You will do very well. You may have to wait 6-12 months but I ( and others) have been through 31/2 yrs of tumult and stress with Trin...so what’s 6-12 months ??? It’ screwed up my family mortgage plan ( son) and that’s devastating...so they have pi**ed me off with the stealthy Placing. But I have to roll with it and wait it out I was on a profit and now sit on a chunky loss. .You are in a good position though My advice but your call...dive in at 15.7/15.6 Can’t guarantee it’ll go lower.

MM's are doing exactly what i thought they would. Bringing market price as low as possible to deter subscription.Subscription is still worth it if you have cash to offer.
Email your broker or go onto their website. It should all be there. I first bought at £1:30 and averaged down (lowest buy at 1.49p) But I'm still on a loss.Averaging down with cash is still worth it....but you may/may not get full allocation if oversubscribed. Middle finger to MM's . I support you doing this.They don't like it as it is cheaper than they can buy you see.Hence low market price atm in order to dter tail swallowing.. New cash is good way of averaging down.

Otemple at 90%. Me at 100% ( and experienced if unconventional) . Iproof of pudding is in the eating. I lnow others with large investments here and the institutional base only makes this more compelling. Look at the management holding. I don’t like how they did this . At all!!! Stealthy. If you have spare cash you can apply for tge 15p shares. Yes it is definitely worth doing. I never actively advise but am sharing my own actions. I have been in Trin since day one and know them personally. Some more than others. The one person I trust the most emails me personally and I could not have more faith in the integrity of that person. I did not like the way this was done. It shocked me and I think it was un-trinlike. Almost stealthy. But I think they want debt cleared so they can increase production very rapidly onshore first. Very very cheap oil indeed. About $15 breakeven. And they have identified many proven wells ready to drill. 10% min growth in output a year. I think much more will happen. The market is making us pay as we are diluted. The company is much much stronger although I resent them for how they did it. Three of us have been through Hell and torment for 3 years. True Hell. Now tgis sprung upon us. Institutions have bought most of the placed shares. Management much. Cln holders ( some of whom it seems are management ahem !!!!!! ) are doing rather well out of this. At 15p it is rippingly good value. If you have spare funds then apply. You will average down very well according to what you can get. You can apply for as many as u want. They tell you how many you can have. Donu have a broker. They can do it all for you. Or you can sell some of your 23p shares and buy back at 15p with your allowance-it’s called tail-swallowing. I have to sell my 23p shares to do this as I have no cash at all. Preferable tonuse cash as you then don’t realize a loss in your other shares you hold already. Yes it is a good idea to buy at 15p. This is why the market makers are keeping the price low. They don’t want us to buy the cheap shares as they don’t benefit at all. They lose out in fact. Please ask away. Important decision. You have chosen the right company. You need to average down by buying as many at 15 p as you can afford/ are comfortable with/ and that they will let you. I have lost £200,000 in 6 weeks. It hurts like hell as I have had to deprive a member of my family financially. It has been a hellish re-experience. It is good to help others when you know you can . Ask away. Important you make your own chosen and balanced decision ( with help).

that the muppets manage to suppress the price to prevent realization of shares. WTI is at $72.5 FGS. Other oilies flying....and they need to stop us from selling our shares and participating. My opinion and mine alone...can see no other rationale. But it's par for the course in AIM. Alternative Investment Manipulation. this share should be well above 21p and it's only because of the availability of Subscription shares that they do this. Sleep well....i'm sure you do.

are trying to dissuade holders from selling their shares and ''tail-swallowing'' by lowering the sell price.Happens nearly every time.....Subscription or Rights issue.They don't want us to have access to cheap shares which they can then hike post admission to market.

Tight spread usually means very active MM and buyer interest and often high volume. In AIM it is usually during a buyer’s market. FTSE different ( Glencore/ Tullow/Tesco etc). High volume big Mkt Caps. For them tight spread is normal. For Trin it is genuinely bery rare and usually implies much trading interest . In nearly 5 yrs of trading Trin I’ve maybe seen it this tight on a handful of days. Just out of interest. Not a game-changing post from me.
