Having been in this share for 5 years now...I would like to say that I feel it is no longer to do with what has neen. New management. Exceptionally tight cost control. Very good margins. It is no longervin the background. The oil press song its praises. No. This share is being actively suppressed. I have followed this morning’s very sharp games ( some people may not have seen the very controlled rise and drop) and it only serves to convince me more.

I am still amazed that Trin is at 16.5p This seems the perfect time to snaffle a dirt-cheap dead-cert ( as much as any company can be. ) Just don’t get why buyers don’t see it. Warren Buffet built his fortune by buying unloved but seriously solid companies. I don’t get why institutions and private investors are not piling in at this price. It’s a giveaway right now. So be it.

Point taken. I feel firmly that the share price is being actively held down for some reason. The September update should provide information regarding financials and output...and I have not forgotten onshore sale(?). M and A is interesting. Perfect time for a negotiated sale if that’s what they want. I feel there is stuff going on but have no idea what. Trinity is too efficient a company to be snaffled. Still just a waiting job I feel. I expected today’s drop. I know of a large buyer who is an MM snuggle-up. Their purchase is likely to be “accommodated” by lowering the price.

The suppression here is blatant. I wonder if they are trying to frustrate people out of our shares in order that they sell them. I may be reading too much in. Speculating.

I wouldn’t let SC get away withbit. Outrageous avoidance of responsibility. Absolutely everyone applied before the RNS announcement. They had to. For SC to use that as an excise is pathetic. I’m sorry. It’s not my business..it’s up to you what you do. H/L recognised their responsibility to clients. Seems like Halifax and SC will not. Well done for your £8k purchase though.

Got to agree with u here. This is now just a waiting game. Whatever whenever. IMO there is stuff going on behind the scenes (instis ). Trin works on annual plans. I don’t think there are any rabbits about to be pulled out there as the onshore wells and FDP re. Galeota ( TGAL) are known already. But the share price has been suppressed on many occasions and they are very good at their controlling of prices. You only had to watch Plus500 this week and follow its manipulations. Absolutely fascinating to watch how devious they were and a real education to me. I was quite shocked how they did it but I shoukdn’t be. It’ll make me a more cautious investor which is good. More cynical though. Intrinsic value? Nah. Tge power of the AT attack. The market makers certainly know their stuff. Trin being kept here. RNS factored in already. It’ll do what it does when they decide. Whatever whenever. Got my 15p jobbies from H:L after almost 40 hrs of harrassment and complaining to corporate actions dept. Thank you for that. Problem is that this is AIM. Mm’s do what they want. I see Trin go down and not up. This is the perfect time to buy Trinity as it is still suppressed. But as a long-term holder it is deeply frustrating to see how Mslcy’s words consistently fall flat. Trin is a profit machine. You wouldn’t know it from its share price.

Now received message from them that they have made error in calculating new allocation. I will only get half . Couldn’t make it up.

I’m aftsid they are all blaming each other. And I do mean all. In my opinion it is Link who did not implement the RNS correctly by not asking for details of the appropriate shareholders. Scruffy. Nominee account holders like H/L could not give the info unless asked to.Not hard to mathematically work out how many shares needed. Everyone under £10lk gets it all and those who applied for more get the 28% scalenack thereafter. Only anout 100 shareholders in H/L.. Not rocket science. H/L have done asterling job. Worked this out to a tee now!!! Link have been sloppy. But Trin should also have been monitoring it in my opinion. Link’s responsibility as the registrar but Trin should have made sure their wishes were put into effect really. -in my opinion. Full credit to Hargreaves Lansdown..who also gave me £100 comp for the 37 hours (!!) spent on the phone to them. re. this and the erroneous info given to me . They have made errors but their customer service is second to none. Umm. Link used to be Capita btw. A company with history.!! Glad Share Centre addressing this.

Been on phone to H/L 2 hrs today regarding several matters. Very very professional outfit indeed.Put others to shame. Couldn’t recommend them more. Been with them aboit 20 yrs. Was with Halifax. Joke. I would seriously recommend H/L
