People with large investments who liquidate portions do so for all sorts of short-term reasons. Especially if they hold large number of shares. It’s not selling the house.
Sometimes money needs to become liquid. Just like I sold 200,000 shares last week for personal family needs. Still leaves me plenty and I have no intention of selling remainder. Before the Refinancing I was RNS’d for selling a few that took me below threshold at the pre-dilution time. Drop in ocean. No reason why it’s a sign of more sells. I’d be far more worried if I saw a mass exodus of ii’s or even large clued-on p/i’s. This is normal business activity and should not agitate any investor who knows why they are invested here.
