Yes lead times are long. We should know where oil stands by mid 2019. No more Placings unless s/p reaches 30p plus . Not gonna happen. Shareholders would leave in droves. Sentiment already at all time low. Probably wait until oil price higher before decent bid for west coast. They are not in a hurry to sell jt so obviously would rather have the oil right now than the cash. We are just sitting in the doldrums right now. No direction. This may last a while. Sometimes does.
