Not sure that Poly is Russian ?

At 220 p is it safe
A 17 per cent dividend
But there is the issue of Ex dividend
Thinking to buy more today

Thinking ahead , a few Russian firm s like Poly will be kicked out of Ftse 100 ( at least 2 Russian companies should be kicked out as their share price collapsed )

Most Tech firms are still low ( Trustpilot , Boo , Asis , THG , Wise , Roo ) … so we are truely blessed that Dark can fight back and recover step by step

So looking forward , I wonder what share price Dark will need to get back into Ftse 100 again

Roadshow internationally starts tomorrow including Usa ti attract even more positive interest in Dark :)
My guess and prediction is Dark has good chance to rejoin Ftse 100 this year :)

1 Continuing solid topline growth (+52%) and ARR (+45%)
2 Further improvements in all contract / customer metrics (churn is even lower, net dollar retention is higher, average ARR per new customers is higher)
3 Profitability, big progress made on path to sustainability
4 Technology delivery powering ahead, both on Prevent (with early adopters) and Heal (14 patents created in Nov 2021 in relation to Heal product family)

Darktrace reported 1H FY2022 results this morning
• 5th time we raised FY22 rev guidance (started at 27-30%, now 44.5%-46.5%)
• 4th time we raised FY22 ARR guide (started at 26.5-28.5%, now 38.5%-40%)
• 3rd time we have raised FY22 Adj EBTIDA guide (started at 1-4%, now 10-12%)
