1. Peace talks continuing ( maybe range bound 265 to 450 p ,,, perhaps who knows )
2. Ceasefire ( 375 p to 500 p )
3 . Peace agreement ( 500 to 800 )
4. Sanctions start to be lifted on Oligarchs ( 750 to 1200 p )
5 . Full normalisation 1100 to 1700 p )

Dark will not let us know the announcement date in April , my guess is early second week of April …
Interest rates are going up … generally not great for Tech growth shares that are generating no cash , luckily Dark is generating cash with multimillion dollar deals … sooner or later investors will appreciate the progress and results
