320 p we all know was previous resistance....

Good point some employees got in cheaply ....but they saw 1000 p price levels last year....surely they would prefer nearer double Fridays price if they can wait?

Also why sell end of April, when they can sell in July after next results?

Traders , short sellers, and a well timed Times newspaper article .....is the Times working with the Hedgefunds...

They all sold for short term and hope to buy back cheaper within the next 5 to 15 days....they probably have inside source among employees to hear if this share placement will go ahead or not....ready to buy suddenly again

if i were a longterm employee why sell at ground zero? 1000 p maybe not 350p

The SP might jump fast, very fast is the Block sale cancelled at these levels

My guess is now any block placement of employees shares will be cancelled.........and the shorters may get shafted becuse Dark will jump 100 p in a day as they try to buy back with no sellers :)

Hedgefunds and MM and traders might short sell Dark until April 29/ April 30 and then load up again...

My personal view is few Employees say 1/4 would sell at these prices , forcing the company to do an RNS saying they cancel any plans to do a placement ...they might do an RNS around 27 April/28th April and the shares will Jump accordingly ...lets see

By Next year Dark can Blossom , with costs and expansion and revenue balanced and clear success story if not before

Actually if I were an employee I would wait til 1200p to 2000 p at least before selling...

However 20 million shares is around 10 days volume of shares traded....so lets assume 1/4 need the cash then only 5 million shares sold in May which is actually neglible impact

Today we had over 7 million shares traded

Now after May 1 ........some employees might sell....what price did they get these shares?

July and Septer results I would expect to see Dark claw its way back to 550 by July and 650 now by September and 800 by December
