We all know the great Jobs numbers last week , means that the Fed has more flexibility to increase interest rates if it wants in 5 weeks … so generally Tech was off a bit , however Dark is in good shape and Nasdaq futures pointing up …. Seems short term traders trying to make a buck before Dark goes above 400 !

Sheltie … I agree not look great , however this senior director still holds 98 per cent of their shares , and may need the cash for Tax or other reasons , also August is the time any employeee is free to sell their shares the lockup is gone completely!

400 p just brings us back to May 11 level of Dark , and the whole tech market did well in past month or two , and new long term investors coming in

True but Dark has little debt , so negligible impact , but yes Nasdaq generally down , and Tech generally down a bit today

I agree baseless comments sometime , over optimistic maybe … but tech is baseless , growth in sales / control costs / develop good products in expanding market … Dark has then all …

The reason I go over optimistic maybe , is to counter act over pessimistic comments we have seen before ….

So over 400 p soon , heading towards 460 p , and if it can break 460 p then back to good old days above 500 p

I held Avast shares when the merger was first announced with Norton , I sold at around 600 p …after the first big rise …

Now 687p , lots of Avast uk shareholders could sell Avast tomorrow and switch to shares like Dark …. Even if only 300 million pounds extra of Dark , that’s enough to keep Dark going towards 450 p and higher short term … plus all the Nasdaq rise , Cyber stocks roaring , and China Us tensions … we could see even 500 p before Shelton even has a chance to drink a Gin and Tonic ?

Well if Avast is bought for 8.6 billion usd , how much if that will be cash that investors can invest elsewhere like Dark
