Thanks for that Brus. I sold half my holding prior to the result. But not sure what to do now. İ usually try to be lethal and sell if a share drops by 10%; unless I think it is the market that has caused the drop rather than there being something inherently wrong with the share.

Interesting. Why would KNOS be more referendum sensitive than many other shares though ?

After yesterday, I was thinking perhaps the bid was off.....but at least now we know it is still alive and kicking.

I follow the Naked Trader, and he gives examples of numerous companies who wax lyrical about their revenues and profits one minute but end up crashing and burning due to high and unmanageable levels of debt. It's definitely something to take on board in my view. All the best.

Interesting Golden. May I ask what pre tax profit to debt ratio you are generally comfortable with in a share. Obviously taking in to account that certain companies can carry higher debt because of their nature and business plan ?

But why is there such a discount between these shares and DWHT. I'm guessing there are no voting rights with this share; but is that what causes the difference ?

Good Afternoon. Anyone hazard a guess as to the reason for the SP drop over the last few 3 weeks. Is it a combination of lack of a interim report and general market conditions....and sells having an exaggerated effect with a low market cap share. Or have I missed something ??

Am I missing something here? JLF have accepted a bid at less than the current share price. So where, if any are the gains for the shareholder? Isn't it like a placement where the share price will drop to the bid price ?

I'm keen to buy in here. I bought previously on a t20 trade and sold out because I saw another opportunity. But.....we are getting closer to results which are in the first 2 weeks of Sept. And they could be into profit. However the actual Ask is still 59.90 so far today.....so this share has not risen today. GLA
