The Group's Board confirms that it expects the results to be in line with the guidance provided in its FY24 Trading Update on 28 March 2024."

Announcement yes, payment not for a couple of months. Don't expect it to be significant though, they're still going for growth instead.

For anyone just looking in and checking the website calendar - they haven't deleted the results date, it's just been moved into 'Past events' a bit early. Either that or I slept in this morning by about a week :/

Interim results to 31 March coming up on 3rd June per website calendar. TU in April looked promising and the GfK consumer confidence index keeps improving so bodes well.

I don't think anyone is ignoring it, but I would trust the medical professionals to know the requirements far better than I do and ensure they are adhered to without having to tell me in every stock market notification they issue. The RNS is not a medical legal requirement which is where any comment on data security will reside.

As you say yourself, they won't be able to sell the product otherwise, so you have just contradicted your own starting point.

I agree entirely, which is why we have those data security standards, which are already known to the medical professionals working in these fields, which is why they will already be duly considered by IB without the need to post it in every RNS they issue.

Elartu - your posts are supposition. Just because they haven't announced something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

They don't need to announce the data security in an early notification RNS to the stock market. I would trust the medical professionals IB have working in this field to already know these requirements and attend to them, without the need to highlight it in bold on an RNS.

For dividends, the Stock Exchange requires minimum 6 business days public notice prior to the Record Date which is normally a Friday, so if Marlowe do provide the formal declaration of the dividend on the 31st then the earliest XD date would be Thursday 13th June, or any Thursday thereafter.

Payment then likely within a few weeks as TP says, and in any case no later than 30 business days (6 weeks) after the Record Date, although I suspect they won't wait that long.

Confirmed from the RNS: "The Company was informed by Mr. Lavandeira that proceeds from the Share Sale will be principally used to settle personal income tax liabilities that will result from the exercise of the Option Shares."

Report was focussed more on food but this comment may also read across here:

Jlovie - exactly my thoughts as well. My chart has a solid long-term support line at 784 and I thought that would come in play, maybe a new short-term base now around 835 will hold, if it drifts that far on today's market weakness as well? GLG's position is perhaps key here for now.

Next results not expected until end July but hopefully some moves upward heading into then.

"Guidance for FY2024 of 51,000 - 53,000 tonnes is unchanged due to the expectation of higher copper grades in the coming quarters and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis."

My overall impression was that improvements in the grades are going to be key this year, along with sustained higher copper price. They mention "Good cost control despite lower production..." but I'm not quite convinced on that on a first read-through. The costs were partly helped by an increased by-product credit, which is treated as an offset against AISC rather than a revenue stream in it's own right, so silver price needs to stay high as well.

Still to digest more but my focus is elsewhere today. SP at close is going to be key to next chart direction IMO.
