Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Humble I hope you are right. I am a LTH whose patience is now running thin. So many promises and potential but to date not delivered.

Have a look at the link and then ask yourself is CPX involved. Answer Volvo ties up with Maxwell. This is the frustration. So much going on and CPX cannot break into the automotive arena.
is having its say about the RNS. SP dropping . Patience is running thin. CPX needs hard contracts soon or we will be down to 5p by May. I do wonder even then whether the market has just forgotten about CPX and is a bit fed up with the Company .. Also AK is now getting on a bit. This is his last hurrah in my opinion so I am surprised he has not succeeded in delivering new contracts. We just do not seem able to break into the market big time. Lots of great IP but no real takers. Hope I am wrong but we appear to be slowly dying. Rant over
Patrick Elliott, Chairman
Pat Elliott is a company director with 40 years’ experience in investment and corporate management. His early career was at Consolidated Gold Fields Australia, and covered investment analysis, management and marketing. He later worked in investment banking and became Head of Corporate Finance for Morgan Grenfell Australia and Managing Director of Natcorp Investments. Patrick has a BCom and MBA, and is a CPA. He is on the Remuneration and Audit Committees.
When you see he worked at Morgan Grenfell/Natcorp then he would have been asked to be a Director of many Companies especially when his employer had some form of interest ,some of whom went bust. No big deal but a cleaning up exercise for reasons we do not know.
PC01 I do not disagree with your viewpoint but AK has promised to much jam tomorrow in the past and it is time he delivered.
Emailed yesterday CPX about their poor communication. Read by Mike Taylor, Chief Operating Officer Mike has over 25 years’ experience in operations and financial management, much of it gained with internationally listed companies. Mike graduated from Kuring-Gai College with a BBus, and from Macquarie University with a MAppFin.
The next step is a suitable reply. Miracles do happen sometimes.
I have to agree. If the trading update does not have hard facts about sales and cashflow then we will sink badly.
Need some help (wife says I always do) .Going to try and email CPX requesting some confirmation of where their products/licenses are being used .So
1 Formulae E
2 Murata coin batteries
3 TKD thine line umals
What else can I add to the list. None of this is confidential but it would be good to have some form of confirmation so we can start to pull the jigsaw together. So I will be (if someone assists) copy and pasting and will share the email on this board and any replies I receive although we know they have an appalling record in terms of responding
poor sales considering they are in Apple stores and online.
Circa 400000
Very interesting 2017 article . Surprised we have not heard more about this kind of battery which sounds like the perfect solution for electric vehicles especially as it has been around for a few years. What is raises for me is the question whether CPX technology is close to being overtaken by alternatives whether it be graphene or its namesake carbon. Are we about to see an industry gamechanger with so much investment and demand in the electronics industry. This is a discussion point folks as we await news on contracts and keep waiting.
Audited results were last October. Should we expect a trading update in March or will we have to wait until June ?
Sorry Jeffrey no offence intended . I have not sent it to Allenby
I suspect that the total % of shares owned by people on this board may be between 6-10% of the total number of CPX shares . Without people disclosing names I am happy to place an email account on here with access to a spreadsheet for people to fill in their number of shares . However there will have to be some form of confirmation. Any ideas without people disclosing confidential information or anything which would break GDPR rules would be welcome. If possible then on behalf of the shareholders I would bring this to AK attention i.e A significant number of shareholders are getting annoyed.
Dear Sir/Madam
It has been confirmed by Murata that they will no longer be producing the supercapacitors on license from CPX
Please see the email thread below
Hello Mr. Kay
We regret to inform that this product will be discontinued currently, we do not have any alternatives.
We have no plan to develop new version of supercapacitor.
Thank you very much for your understanding

This news in part is having a bad effect on the share price.
Please advise as a matter of urgency what is going on ? Will CPX be taking up the demand by direct production themselves. Is the Murata license now dead.
This is RNS news so why the silence?
Communication is very poor from CPX to investors and it needs to improve..
I hold about 0.56% of CPX shares in total and would appreciate some decent communications.
So issued shares to raise money for a purpose. Company has no debt. Shares issued at a discount to II’s. Strongly suspect that a confidentiality agreement was entered into before negotiations. Why , AK would have to make a strong sales pitch with some facts and figures otherwise why invest. IMO this does bode wel and hope we find out soon who the investors are. Existing or new. The pipeline of new deals must be pretty good and by June next year we should know. This was not a party approaching AK but CPX going to IIs to raise money which could have been covered by credit lines. Good master stroke by AK. Will be waiting to hear the next instalment.
The link will not open. Can you repost please. I am confused by the 2016 date.
TT Bit confused by this -2016 date? Can you clarify please? Does this relate to CPX?
