It does not mean you can't trade, you could phone them up, the MM's are obliged to make a market, they can limit the trade to Normal Market Share(NMS) thats been allocated to a certain company.. MM's can do tricks to deter trading like raising/lowering the spread,etc, but it's rate where you can't trade especially the NMS.

You can NEVER discount the two boy wonders to snatch defeat from the jaws of anticipated 'victory'.. they have history , and they never fail to disappoint!

Obviously I'm not part or party to the negotiations to sell Corellian(Victory), but the deal could include a lump sum and staged payments on progress on production, then a final lump sum at a set time.

The buyers and sellers might have started the sale process when the gas price was lower, but like if the gas price had fallen or some other negative to the buyers stance had occured they would quite possibly requested a re-negoitation on any price they'd agreed on, same applies to the seller, with the unrelenting rise in the gas price.. so in reality both sides could ask for renegotiations to reflect the -+ to the sale price.. but the advantage is to the seller with the forecast for gas price to be high or get higher !!.. OMO.

Level 2 can be manipulated, buy orders can go in in one minute then taken off, so I'd take level 2 with a dose of salt..

Never had any doubts that the permits would come through in time.. Sometime people worry unduly.

The placing raised £7mill NOT £9 mill as claimed by Troajan.. And to those complaining about the s.p in a range, and that "by rights it should be moving exponantially up by now".. No the s.p will start reacting to news like when the drilling rig starts moving to the serenity location and the equipment is on the move, the permits WILL come in time for the drill to start..

So beware of those trying to sow doubt.
