Ilika, being somewhat less than a houshold name, needs to hire a flashy Madison Avenue ad agency and do keg stands. That's how QuantumScape sucks in all their speculative investors. Having said that, I encourage keeping the faith. There is no other company out there that meats the world changing demands like Ilika. The problem with you Brits is you have trouble being boisterous. Ilika needs to be screamed to the rooftops.

Ye of little faith. Samsung and ILIKA are different technologies. Samsung has claimed all sorts of testing with little documentation. Oh, and remember a few years back when Samsung cell phones were spontaneously combusting? I'm still betting on ILIKA... just wish they would have named the EV battery David rather than Goliath.

ILIKA has demonstrated publically the safety aspects of their batteries. Samsung has not. This is not only important with EVs but especially important in the medical community with Stereax. If you go to Microsoft's AI, this is all spelled out. It is apparant that ILIKA is leading the way.

Downward pressure likely due to tax selling for right-offs in the US. I understand this takes place in the UK closer to April, but in the US, it takes happen at the end of the calendar year. I am a believer in all things electric... especially Steareax and Goliath. My scepticism is in how we get there. Being one of those dirty capitalists, I believe one uses the technology at hand to get where one wants to go. Yes, I am for solar, perhaps ideal in the absense of nuclear fusion, but we cannot do it with solar's 10-20% eficiency... as quickly as the greenies think we can... at least in my mind. With 10 minute charging EVs, AI evolution, and Bitcoin mining, there just won't (initially) be enough electrons to go around. Nuclear is much safer than adocated. I don't think one can use Chernobyl as a template. Note as well that plant and animal life is thriving at Chernobyl (yes, watch the 3 documentaries -- don't think these documentaries were made by reactionaries) and the powers over there are having trouble keeping people away.

Better check your electron usage, Restorer. A couple of years ago, California found itself in a little bit of a heat wave. At the time about 1.5% of the autos were EVs, all of which would have been slow charging litiium. The state got to a point that it requested EV owners forgo charging until after 4 PM in order to limit the load on the grid. What do you suppose would happen with 30% of the autos being EVs that were fast charging even to 60%?

Sorry, folks, we are going to need nuclear and fossils whether you like it or not. Don't take my word for it. Plug into google (f they have the balls to answer) and ask what problems would be associated with 30% of the autos abeing fast charging EVs along with the AI revolution enhanced with demands from Bitcoin mining. Electricity is not magic. It just doesn't show up to make your hair blow dry. It has to be generated.

Don't underestimate the importance of Stereax. SSBs for EVs are, in my humble opinion, the next EV generation, but once we start charging 1000 mile batteries in 10 minutes, and a lot of them, we'll inititially melt down the grid. The greenies will find that with 10 minute charging EVs, bitcoin mining, and AI evolution, we're going to need nuclear, and, yes, fossil fuels... at least temprorarily. As it stands now, there aren't enough electrons to go around. Sorry, but that's the phisics. We could have all sorts of EVs capable of charging in 10 minutes, but all of a sudden we could see parts of Los Angeles, San Fransisco, New York, and London begin to dim, especially on hot summer days.

Like Smart, I have followed ILIKA (as I mentioned) since Matt McCall noticed it. I too, am frustrated that this stock is not at $10 or $15 per ADR in the US. It has the best story and meets a significant portion of John B. Goodenough's criteria as a solid state battery. I've got way more of this stock than a sane person should have, and I've bought at various prices. My first 1000 were purchased at $0.79, and I've paid more than that for a significant amount more. At one time ILIKA (symbol in US is ILIKF) hit very close to $4/ADR (equivalent to about 3.00 pounds sterling in the UK). That was about 2-3 years ago. Then I watched it plumet to $0.18/ADR. By the time I got around to buying more, I paid well above .18. Once revenues commence filling the coffers of ILIKA, scepticism will abate. I encourage all to Google Cirtec and Steraex at Lowel, MA in the US.

If Tata were to begin fitting Jaguar and Land Rover with Goliath, the proverbial game changer would be at hand. Tata would use on its other models and the word would spread. All indications are the Tata is breathing heavily about all of this.
