Hi Brom, I could be and it seems may be wrong but I thought Ice wine 1 kicked off here, I seem to recall the news landing and that mighty increase from below .5 to over two and then my aussie cousins taken it higher the next morning, and we continued to about 4p the next day, Hi Spinfex, I accept that, and did not realise they had to ann in aus, first or similtainiously, was thinking DW would want the news out asap if positive.

BK yes that is correct and and Australia is 20 hours ahead, I imagine any operation updates will arrive here first as Australia would be sleeping?

How, can the sell price not move when an increase of 15% is showing on the Bid, no one will buy with such a spread and there is no incentive to sell, wierd

I do not think FRR have to agree for shares to be sold on asset match, I am in USOP and they delisted in 2012,

Asset match started trading USOP shares 18 months ago ( still do) and USOP released a statement saying they had nothing to do with it and were not happy about it but could not stop it.

Ctag delisted over a year a go, you can still post on the LSE site, just no info re the company

Thanks traderr, Really what else could he say, the time for BOD buying shares is long past, if he bought £100K now and permits issued next week, plenty will want him to explain. As he says only two things to happen now, Permits issued or legal action, assuming legal advice is well underway, Colin should contact Env minister and state a deadline for case to commence.

Sorry Keefy, I put it down to being £32K in the red and expecting a much different RNS than that, unless we get a FO update in the few working days left, the thought of seeing my investment drop even further,
