Derampers out in force again today, New to LSE been deramping for just on 2 years now, strange behaviour for a LTH with an average of 2.5p, what a way to live, hope you can sleep at night, counting your money from conning other investors I suppose.

Good questions and answers, I am confused though regarding the SR, my memory is that we entered a SR because bigger pockets were required to take the whole field forward, we did not know if we would have permits at that time, and this was apparently the main reason no firm offers were made.

We now have a permit and hope that the others will follow, we have less funds and therefor in less of a position to take this forward, yet CH says we are not looking to re enter talks and no one has been back to us!

Does this mean none of the company`s are interested or has the new information we are gathering proved we would have given it away too cheaply?

Agreed Stockdale, why indeed would an investor constantly rubbish their investment, as there appears to be so many of them across these boards can only assume it pays quite well!

constantly running the company down certainly will help your prediction that your investment is lost, so are you really a shareholder..I think not

SP is dissapointing but inevitable due to the sell off of recent buys in the .30s 136 million of those gone today, not much chance of a big rise until they have all gone, LTH know that the SP is down simply because of that.

This was at 1.40 not long ago with around same number of shares, and of course has been much higher, the IPPC permit is important and this will be reflected in SP when recent profit takers have gone.

to the lucky ones who got in around .3 after 4 years could nt risk any further investment though always thought we would eventually get back over a penny, 100% tomorrow will see me break even, hope that is true for all LTH, good luck

6c is only mentioned in regard to options, not part of the Performance rights

I read and read that addendum at the time and again today, and still do not understand, appreciate anyone explaining it to me,

It states 5 tranches of 20% each but 60% only appears to be linked to SP performance, what of the 40% has that already vested?

also the 3, 20% tranches have to meet an hurdle price is the hurdle price the 3c plus 50 to 200% of any average 60 day period in preceding 12 months, for example, ave SP 60 days = 4.49c no vesting? or same ave SP 4.5 c 50% rise, vesting at 25%, ? any opinion appreciated.

Brom, this may well come good, but certainly not for a while, I have usually been optimistic or neutral but 5 years of promises and DW hinting, has caused some frustration to some LTHs... and he could have released this at or before the winx final RNS which I feel would have stabalised the SP

Moneyhawk, There has been a cheap entry point all week, I have an average of 1.62 on 2m shares, can not risk any more, I have read the RNS and dissapointed that we have only managed further conversation with one of the interested parties, Dissapointed that this is the news I was expecting.

Give it up...farm out is not happenening they have had 5 months to sort the detail, clearly offers are not there, now trying to grab something!

investment ..if it was seperate to other assets I would consider a bid but feel as my average is 33p I will wait a long time for a return, how will it even work a total of a further almost 18m shares as an incentive? an incentive for what? if the other assets take off why should employees aligned solely with the CBD business receive such a generous gift...and at 8.5p I have to assume they are not confident! I recently averaged down at 12p feel a complete fool now.
