As at 11/22 there are 988m shares, in 09/20 there were 942m shares. around 46m shares have been issued in last 2 years, So it should be safe to say that Something has certainly been going on

JLCI Your shares with HL- should this deal go through HL will be sent an amount to cover all shares in their nominee and Sipp accounts, You do not need to do anything,

Brokers can not hold delisted shares in a ISA, and cannot accept certificates in to any account, while the share is delisted. If Ctag relist, they will accept your share certs.

Unfortunately, we would not be able to lodge your Cloudtag share certificates into your Fund & Share Account as the stock remains delisted. We'd only be able to accept the certificate if the stock relisted on an recognised exchange.

If you have any other questions, please get back to me. So does this mean, assuming payment really is due, that Certificates will need to sent to Ctag?
