Hi Jayne,thanks for info, I will contact HL Monday, I do not see a problem, I have accounts with HL, My certificate came directly from Cloudtag, from the IPO, I tried to send to HL to put in my share account, but they would not accept it. They did say they would if we relisted, I was just curious to see if they had now decided to accept them, as Chimers, said they had his. GL

Hi Chimers, is that a recent development with HL holding your certs, I have accounts with them, and asked in March if I could send my cert` and they said no! only if the company relists, can I send them.just curious to see if they have changed their stance. cheers

Unfortunately TW has been getting away with this type of shorting propaganda for years , no one in authority takes him to task, he has occasionally caught a few badly run companies, but he has also damned some good companies along the way, and always starts by saying he has no financial interest!!! ( not directly, maybe) I suggest anyone taking any notice of him and his hoard's of derampers, to really do your own research. GL

Getting very confused, been here quite a few years now, regular monthly buys so have bought at between 18 and 30 P but cannot understand how many times , particularly in last 6 months, how the Sp is so often in the Red at end of day, almost regardless of activity, today, there has been almost equal buys and sells, as has been the case often, yet we are a further 6% down.

WOW. you self proclaimed derampers are clearly in the wrong job. The JVs spend millions on data, engineers and equipment, and all they really had to do, was ask the derampers! You may be proved correct, but claiming you know more than the JVs experts, does dent your credibility a bit, and of course, if you are wrong, you will just disappear! strange!

AIM4, my understanding is, that it will be a one off dividend, or a one off payment due to closure of company, effectively a dividend, or a gain,( assuming your getting more than the cost) either way I do not think we have the option to drawdown in or take part payments each tax year, as the payment will generate CGT immediately. The only way, I see that we can avoid CGT or dividend tax, is if we are given shares in CTAG or the new company, and then sell as we wish.

you have to pay the CGT before you put it in to a SIPP, true you will get the tax relief on the SIPP limit, but pay it back when you drawdown or cash your SIPP, It does look like this will not re list, so any money we get is going to make the tax man happy, very happy. I have 25% in my SIPP 25% was in an ISA now a std share account and 50% in certificates, I was carrying these and other losses forward on my tax returns, but unfortunately, decided 12 months ago that they would never come good, so stopped my self assessment and lost my carry forward. Still better than getting nothing back. I hope.

showing a high of .77 but some paid .81 nr close, so hope for more in the morning.
