Bullish EIA draw today but market did not like US production of 10.25m, WTI under $62 atm which is a shame as a base around $63 was looking good. Not such a bad thing it cools off after the recent run.

I was wrong last night! I use this site as it updates quickly after announcements. Looks like they got it wrong as the news reports that come out later are showing it as a draw! Yes, hopefully $63 becomes support now and consolidate around this level. Tomorrow EIA report going to be interesting hopefully no surprise large builds. US production will be worth keeping an eye on.

API only a 1.05m build this week with 2.5m expected. This week last year there was a 14.2m build and 2016 a 3.8m build so all looking pretty bullish for oil.

Hi GO, some encouraging posts. I have been working on some numbers also and I agree we look to be getting close to paying off the government debt. When we do and the CLN�s are under control I would hope the company will then lay a path to an exciting future, we will certainly be well positioned and have the assets.

So far so good with buy the dips replacing sell the rise, TRIN performing well today. In the past we would be down significantly instead we could even end up for the day. Just watched the DOW put on 500pts in ten minutes, quite fun on the minute ticker. WTI doing well now also, let�s hope that is the flush the market needed for now.

WTI holding up well, actually up. FTSE looks to be openings couple of % down so not as bad as it could be given DOWs move. The US markets are at a much higher valuation so makes sense the froth coming off their the most. Still who know could go 1987, as stated last night index tracking ETFS form such a big part of the US market and there is no emotional attachment to an ETF so selling snowballs very quickly.

Good work LJ, it is very volatile and glad you ducked in and out. Never thought I would be so complacent about a near 2000pt drop in the Dow. Think it is good it has got it out of its system.

DOW taking a pounding, let�s hope it is a short sharp correction. It has been on the cards with ETFs and passive investing being so dominant. Few will have the balls of those who have ridden TRINS journey. So easy to sell an etf and with a 4% drop some may not be able to tolerate much more, that then snowballs as it appears to be doing.

Yes, buy on weakness. We are in the phase where the sell the risers are being bought up by the buy on weaknessers. It is not an istantanious switch.

All looking solid to me. I do not expect fireworks, but my stance is buy on weakness. CRL your mindset is we are being held back but every time any strength builds you and other sell into it (why not a profit can be made). However we can�t have it both ways, either people trade into strength or they hold firm and let it run to fairer value. Just got the feeling last week and going forward this has switched to buy weakness.

So we did hit 3000 bopd in 2017 for 2 weeks, that is excellent. As we see from the production graph in the presentations it does peak and trough by a few hundred bopd so probably started the year in the 2800-2900 range. Hopefully we are in the 2900 range atm. New drilling to start and material step change in production in the medium term. Also this is what we wanted to here. ��Liabilities outstanding to the Board of Inland Revenue ("BIR") and Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries ("MEEI") continue to reduce faster than anticipated by the ratified payment plan�

CRL, oil closed above $65 today, I think it is a sector thing and think we are getting close to the market seeing that lower for longer, or collapse at $50 due to shale, is not coming. I think I detected signs in TRIN of buy the dips this week and I put my money where my mouth is. There will always be people stuck in the old mantra, my belief is the transition is happening. I for one will be buying the dips and selling the spike has to be a lot lot higher to tempt me. It is an early call and as you know I ere on the side of optimism. Some goods signs let�s hope we progress this year.

I like your G in greed and D in greed prices as I have similar. �1 not out of the question with oil at $80, a successful drilling campaign and Galeota in sight. Dividend would be great. I also agree we are approaching Confidence, possibly even hit the C, with oil looking so solid I think this week we saw a change in sentiment, buy on weakness. I bought for the first time since relisitng. I think the pricing anomaly is greater now than it was when we relisted at 7p. With current profit at the $30 breakeven we have been given this needs to be confirmed in the results and we will be firmly in confidence mode.
