Dunder what argument would you use to demonstrate TXP is currently more undervalued than TRIN, just curious. I have been following and heavily researching, but nothing makes me want to swap TRIN for TXP, certainly not at current prices.

CERP Heading for £35m MCAP, makes a mockery of TRINS current MCAP. Things hotting up in T&T and as per my earlier post the NEW TRIN is perfectly poised to capitalise.

CRL, why have we not drilled more this year? It seems like we have done a couple mainly to maintain licences. We had sufficient money in the bank to have a more aggressive drill program. We planned 3 for end of last year and that got scaled back to 2 earlier this year. I think the 2017 4 th QRT drill program was positioned to capitalise on the much touted fiscal reform, that did not happen so our plans got scaled back. Now it looks increasingly likely the T&T government will be making reforms at the end of the year. A great time to be cashed up.

I am very optimistic about the current state of play and it can’t be long before this is reflected in our valuation.

Probably getting ahead of myself, but.... A good time to have money in the bank.

Possible Petrotrin assets with new fiscal reigime could make for a very interesting end to the year.

I think the company have done exceptionally well all round. Looking forward to things settling down and moving forward. Looks to me a lot of the placing shares that are going to be traded already have been, bring on a more realistic MCAP.

CRL, MM’s did give them away very cheap last week, I was able to buy the entire amount I wanted at 15.69p, I could not believe it. I was desperate not to get caught up in the stress of the placing lottery and when they gifted them to me at a 4% premium to placing I could not turn them down. I am really liking the MM atm.

Dis, your numbers ingnor the royalties and taxes paid on the delta between oil price and our breakeven of $30.1.

GO posted some updated numbers yesterday on here that forms the header of the ADVFN thread. It shows our current PE of sub 4. There is a SPT tax that we have been informed is to be imminently reformed, this would be a huge boost to TRIN. Which ever way you look at it we are cheap at this level and even multiples higher. I am sure the market will get a handle on a more realistic valuation for TRIN in the coming months.

GO I share your view. It is a tough blow to have such a discount but the positives are we have raised money at 3x the previous raise and it is for a company changing sum. This sets TRIN up very well going forward and as you point out T&T may well incentivise oil production going as part of the reform. With licenses becoming available in 3rd qrt TRIN holders may have paid a hefty price in dilution but there may well be substantial rewards going forward. CRL I am in a pretty tight corner myself and going to have to be very creative in finding funds to soften this blow. A tough day but the good news is this is as low as it goes for TRIN, we are free of debt and have exciting prospects ahead.

Hi PipeDragger, 70% of the management incentive is in achieving 35p, 20% is on paying back the government debt and 10% for closing out the CLN�s prior to them activating. You have to remember these targets were set when the mentality in the oil industry was oil prices were going to be lower for longer. Not looking such ambitious targets now with oil helping us as it has....

My view on share price is (DYOR) If all we do is hit the targeted 3000bopd later this year and we pay down the remaining government debt and the CLN�s and oil stays around $60 TRIN should be comfortable around 35p (less than �100 MCAP). Should any of the following happen then the share price will respond accordingly, with some big moves possible. - SPT is reformed to encourage T&T oil production growth with SPT sensibly reformed. - FDP for Trintes released with a short term plan to initiate it. - Patner/Plan to capitalise on Galeota Ridge. - $100 oil - Takeover

With oil surging it does seem strange that TRIN is down today, however 22.5p is a strong support level, somewhere we bounced and tested on the way up. Good to see it properly tested today. Who knows whether it will be a quick bounce from here or it takes a few months to move on and make new highs. That is the thing with TRIN you just don�t know when the real news will come. So far we have got to this level on cleaning up the balance sheet and rising oil. None of the key news trump cards have come into play yet, and I am happy to sit on my hands and wait.

I am still here and still yet to sell a single share, Very happy to let oil and the company do its thing, each day that passes TRIN gets stronger and stronger.

Hi CRL, yes things just get better and better for TRIN as we grow in strength helped by stronger oil price. You say TRIN has dropped but my monitor is showing it rising and building strength? Mid point up 0.5p from close.

WTI has take out $70 in overnight training. If it can hold it it will we should have a good open tomorrow.

There is a very strong appetite for the shares, MM quick drop to capture a few satisfied with the run so far did not last long. Sitting on hands time still for me.
