I feel for all the Flybe Shareholders I've been in this position on a couple of occasions Afren Carrillion .....but ive seen many many more go this way....the BOD have basically covered there A@@@@ what I do find strange is PIs asking if someone will come in with an offer? for what? the assets have been sold the deal has been done....Its legal theft as far as im concerned and yet again they will get away with it.....I wish you all well....

If you read the RNSs going back nearly 2 years the writing was on the wall this in my view was always a large gamble......that sometimes pays off unfortunately this time it didn't...you only have to read those RNSs its all there in black and white......

it should be just above 1p in my opinion so its holding up well considering....

The SP is holding up very well considering.....maybe someone does know something....you never know....

I would normally agree but there are a couple of points that lead me to think it will do well.....firstly Virgin are huge and have massive financial clout and secondly Stobart own Southend Airport and I bet the new company will get all the best sots available.....guaranteeing a great start......

Mine too been in it from early days of 1.5p sitting at 40p now and still has a lot more to go......

Just been told Barclays have just gone hugely short on Flybe..... they are not surprisingly very upset on that board....

not surprised Barclays have gone short over 100% upside for them......

Lets face it..... if this needed shareholder approval it would never have been passed not in a million years..... that's why the BOD set it up this way.....legal theft basically.....for the share holders that are still holding I dont blame you......your stake is worthless now anyway, there still may be a twist you can never say never but unfortunately I think its game over....

There will be no vote read the RNS....its in black and white its over mate 1p.....today some time .....however I see a few buys going through again some people like a gamble.....

Seen this happen too many times this is legal theft...... and I use the word legal only because the BOD will get away with it .......nothing will come of it they will have done everything to cover their backsides....so the deal is done.....its all over now im afraid......feel really sorry for the LTHs that thought they might get something out of this......

its a difficult one Flybe would have gone out of business without that deal but I do feel its very unfair for the shareholders....as this will now be 1p

That Flybe RNS this morning is going to upset the shareholders.......but it is too our advantage and theoretically we have saved them.....

Flybe don't have any other offers on the table yet..... they could take this offer or go out of business I think after a bit of backwards and forwards the deal will get done yes the Flybe Shareholders will be upset but what are they to do? the company will not survive if/when they go out of business they will get nothing.....im sure something extra will be offered to them just to get the deal done.....
