That was very well explained...I’m sure most holders do no have a clue what’s happening some still think there will be a better offer not understanding the assets of the company have been sold..

Unless a miracle happens in the next couple of hours the transfer goes ahead tomorrow and you can bet your bottom dollar this will be 1p or less complete legal theft this has been set up for ages.....they will have been in close contact with their lawyers making sure its legal crossing the Ts and dotting the i's complete bunch of To55ers.....
