Its a fair point 100m going in to bail out Flybe so its not just 1P a share thats being paid for the company its considerably more...Shareholders have to part of the debt if there going to be part of the profit, however I do feel the BOD have been underhanded wether they have acted illegally is another issue....

I still feel the sells earlier this morning would have been by recent buyers trying to make a quick buck on the back of Q4 results could be wrong but I am sure they would not have been long term holders that know all about BMN and the future it has....I actually didn't think the results were that bad at all certainly not bad enough to justify that drop. We are an AIM company making a huge amount of money....

Yes production less than thought, but there is no doubt they are making large amounts of money hand over fist.....

Old FOO is trying his hardest to get the SP higher so he can do a placing unfortunately we see straight through him now .....reading the RNS there is one coming and soon...

Im afraid Ive seen it time and time again Carillion Afren Quindell Woolworths HMV the first time... the list is endless the management couldn't give a toss about the shareholders....and im betting even if Flybe get investigated nothing will come of it....this may rise short term but eventually a level vill be found and it won't be 4p plus it will be a lot closer to the 1p offer....

Doesn't really matter what Hoskings say or do if Flybe have sold the assets legally then nothing changes....however I use the word legally very loosely.. I am certain that all the goings on would have been put in front of there legal advisers to make sure what they were doing was legal and above board, but it doesn't detract from the fact that it was morally wrong and that the shareholders have been shafted...Hoskings held a large stake and they will do whatever they can to try and recover some or all of their loses, but I would imagine they will soon realise they a fighting a loosing battle....we shall see next week I am sure....

Be careful people seen this so many times Afren Carillion Debenhams and so many more how can this be worth more than 1p it’s not possible..? the assets are sold but people are still buying why? Either greed...hope... or they know something we do not....well I won’t take that gamble but good luck ....it’s either your shirt or a large amount of money

Totally agree when I said FOO out I meant the whole lot his royalty his family everything...the only this moves forward is if that happens..not likely but you never know wouldn’t cost that much now...when I look back and think what we have it’s unbelievable...the infrastructure is incredible the crossing of the Wouri river? It’s all there for the right CEO

For the last few months I’ve been really concerned here even after off loading a few I still hold about 6% of my portfolio here and believe the divi will be cut ...thought it would be cut before now... I still believe it’s a great hold results were not good but even if the divi is cut to say 5% it’s still a hold and wait for me.....scary times but this will come back...

Thanks for the analysis it’s good to watch and keep up with what’s going on however I’m still a little confused with the buys and sells and can’t really understand how you work it all out but it gives me confidence that someone has an understanding with their finger on the pulse....

That was some time back....after those results they will be forced to I'm afraid, its like I said it would be irresponsible management if they didn't....

I dont think VOG could get a placing away at anywhere near 15P after the last fiasco....be surprised at 10p this is 90% FOOs doing the man is a complete liability and I've been saying the same thing for years HE HAS TO GO.....Mr Market will not price VOG fairly till he is out.....its that simple..

Im pretty certain that the dividend will be cut.....it would be irresponsible of management if it wasn't, the dividend is not fully covered by free cash flow and VODS debts are huge although manageable at the moment however it wouldn't take to much for that to change....the results this morning were awful at best and they just can not continue like this....having said that most PIs hold VOD for the dividend so I only see a cut of perhaps 50% that would still give a healthy 5% dividend...but the need to start getting their ship in order the new CEO has his work cut out......will be leaving well alone for the time being.

The problem they have now is that the divi is sitting at almost 10% no company in there right mind would try to sustain that so I do see a cut but only a cut maybe 50% so it sits at around 5%. just my opinion..

those results were poor thats why the price is dropping, however if they can keep that divi we should be fine....its probably the only thing thats keeping PIs here remove that and god knows what this would drop to....

Anyone thinking those were good results need there eyes testing.....those were a poor (at best) set of results....however we may not be beaten down too badly as thats already happened.

Its hard to believe that people are still paying over 4p for 1p shares anyone buying now is asking for trouble....but I can understand the genuine LTHs hanging on no point selling at this point now just pray for a miracle because I still think that's what your going to need....by the way I dont hold any shares in FLYBE (thank god) however I do hold shares in STOB so thats my interest here...

Pi55ed of to hear Cancer Raises its ugly head again to one of our most respected board members (Pdub) shocking how its affected some of our long term holders myself included (Multiple Myeloma), I do know one thing after reading Pdubs posts over the years I suggest the cancer dons its self in full body armour, as we all know Pdub packs a very good punch. Good luck Pdub... if I may offer two pieces of advice that has helped me immensely the first would be Attitude towards the disease and secondly Humour both have got me a long way.....again I wish you the best of luck...

I fully understand why BMN/FM off loaded Tin (Afritin) it didn't really fit with our long term plans....However a smarter move was to retain a stake and I firmly believe this will give some great returns for BMN holders and also to those that kept their shares from the spin off.....I have added to my stake as I see Afritin growing hugely as a stand alone company...I do see this being relative to the conversation on this board as BMN still hold a reasonable stake.
