fully expect an RNS today saying the connect deal has completed, we shall see.

been in and out this loads of times over the years and although I know we probably have a cash call coming the M/C is now circa 20m I realise its probably a bit of a gamble but at these levels I do think the risk/reward now is fair and I think most of the cash call is probably already in the SP....GLA

buy today at 2.8p and get 1p back sometime soon?????? does that sound fair?????

Must say that rise has surprised even me.....not that it matters that much, however it does allow some to exit with a little more dosh....although I suspect those that have held up till now will hold till the death.....and I suspect Death being the final word....

That short squeeze as sure as apples are apples will happen.....and I predict very soon the SP at the moment I feel has probably bottomed if there is more to drop I would say its minimal.....Just one timely RNS and the stampede will be akin to the migration of Bison in the mid west in the 1850s

To be honest I will be surprised if it opens up ......not that it matters anymore....the connect deal is happening and I think that RNS says it all really, I would not be surprised if the deal happens today either....."on or before 22nd" even if the proposed deal was great and no constraints connect would have tied Flybe up in legal knots.....to not be able to sell to a third party....

why didn't Tinkler come to the table much earlier? and the adding all the constraints he must have known it would never change the BODs minds.... to unravel the connect deal at this late hour was always going to be nigh on impossible....and so it is...

To be fair those that sold in the mid to low 40s and are planing to get back in around now have done very nicely.....I have no problem with PIs trading its them that take the risk that they can get back in.....this time its paid off, for me its too risky and I would rather just hold knowing if an RNS does drop im already in....I have tried it before and got caught out so im happy where I am.....we will nearly always have shooters and traders it comes with the territory im afraid....GLA

When the all important vote happens do we know if PIs have enough to de-stable the vote? if the large holders "IIs" vote yes then what????

What a load of tosh.......FRAUD and you say "FACT" I do not hold any shares now and I wish all genuine holders best of luck but trying to band information about like that will not help......I would be absolutely shocked if Fraud was proven....you paint the likes of Virgin Stobart and Cyrus as being idiots ????? I can assure you they are not......lets see what happens..

I think your theory has one serious flaw.....Flybe has no money and massive debt? if it was not for the consortium sticking 20m in Flybe would be in administration now..... so who are Hoskins going to sue and you say you feel optimistic of shareholders recovering there loses? I feel sorry for all the shareholders and like I've said its always us PIs that get shafted....however the chances of shareholders recovering even a very small percentage of there loses are slim to zero.....I feel the outcome will be administration anyway as the remaining S/H will vote no to the 1p (if there are enough still holding to make a difference to the vote) and ultimately that will be the end of Flybe and thousands of jobs directly/indirectly with it....

The problem we have is that we have to prove the board were criminally negligent.... like I have said in previous posts the board will have had a team of legal advisors going through the proceedings with a fine tooth comb... not only the Flybe board but the Virgin and Stobart board, on top of all that if the company has no money and huge debt who are you going to take to court? even if by some slight miracle Khon or what ever his name is gets on the board and finds some underhand goings on what then? you may get some comfort from being proved correct but I'm willing to wager just a bout anything I own you won't see a penny....its always the PIs that get shafted always has been always will be......

It seems very obvious now that those still holding are holding for the vote as there were plenty of opportunities to take 4p and well above....TBH I would do exactly the same as at 1p they would be absolutely worthless to most I just hope there is enough of you left to make a difference, so many times I have seen this happen where the PIs get shafted....I expect nothing will come of it Carrillion Afren and Yell.com and oh so many more.....Good luck to all....
