all depends on who has the most shares now the board and Co and whoever they can get on there side or the PIs are there enough PIs left with sizeable amounts of shares to swing the vote? thats the million dollar question.....I personally think not as most PIs would have off loaded but you never know......

I am of the view FM and Co already know and have sorted the dividend policy out......I think its all about timing now and when to release the RNS to maximise the impact......

I believe full your results will be out on the 22nd March......fully expect a rise into them and a very nice rise after.... im looking north of £2.35

I find it difficult to get my head around the price......the MMs have really given PIs every opportunity to exit way above the offer price.....

I am 54 and retired 2 years ago for health reasons however I was lucky enough to be able to retire financially I ran and owned a manufacturing company for about 30 years....anyway its a toss of a coin between BMN and ATM I think both could explode at any time at the moment I am just tipping the balance towards ATM purely because Tin is more universal and has many more uses than Vanadium...but I do take your point that a take over is entirely possible but even if that happens it will be much further north than the SP at the moment GL....

I highly recommend you sell up AJ.......you continually knock and talk down the company.....why would anyone do that If like you say you hold a considerable amount of shares?????

Totally agree a lot of PIs have lost huge sums of money here some there life savings in pensions etc.....the problem is you now have to prove "wrong doing" and I dont care what other board contributors are saying....but that will be nigh on impossible 1. I doubt very much that the BOD did anything illegal "immoral yes" 2. The Connect consortium legal team would have been all over this. 3 .For those hoping for compensation, if nothing illegal was done then compensation for what? 4. If by a slim chance something illegal was done then where would the compensation come from? regardless of anything above the board have been at the very least Immoral but that is not Fraud or illegal and I feel for the genuine investors that have lost money....I feel nothing for the "Johnny come latelys" that jumped on the band wagon trying to back a quick "buck" and got burned...

I am also in both BMN and ATM I have added considerably to my ATM as feel this has slightly more potential than BMN short to medium term and thats saying something.....Vanadium is a great product but it is more specialised where as Tin has a huge market and is more universal but both companies have fantastic futures and its very difficult to pick between either to say which one will explode first....great position to be in......

Im afraid the Fat Lady has sung.......and its all over.... assets sold. Regardless what happens will never be undone.....disgruntled shareholders shouting FRAUD.....the red flags have been there for months plenty of warning signs and even spelling out by the BOD seen it all before...I do feel sorry for the genuine shareholders because what the BOD have done probably was not illegal however it certainly was immoral to say the least but immoral is not FRAUD there is a big difference...

Understandably lots of upsets shareholders that have lost huge amounts of money but also lots of accusations flying about like fraud the BOD have shafted share holders and illegal wrong doings...the fact is there is no proof the the BOD have done anything wrong or illegal YET....now it may come out in the wash that something illegal or untoward has gone on if so that will be so far down the line it will not really matter anyway....however I would bet that the BOD have done nothing illegal and that nothing comes of this FLYBE sale.....however im almost positive that what they have done is at the very least immoral but thats not illegal or fraud......

FOO is definitely the guy who has been holding back VOG I think I have said in the past if he stood down (not aside) the SP would increase by at least 50% but I dont think even FOO would do a placing at circa 15p I think he will try his damnedest to get finance elsewhere but if that doesn't work then a placing maybe his only option...things should start to improve now Eneo are back online and (if they are paying their bills)....so at circa 15p and a M/C of 20m to me its worth a small punt although still very risky....this could quite easily be 30p in a few weeks however it could just as easy be 7p....GLA

BMN don't usually release RNSs on a Friday....but if they did.... it would probably be the best RNS in the WORLD...."just saying"
