Krisefc it will all depend on the drilling results that are due I believe they will be good and we will move back towards 40p+ it’s up to you mate there is definitely risk involved but we brought 2 JV’s on board so I reckon they have seen the potential

sounds like a d*mb strategy, if the deal fails through this will go back to 2p and you would be able to buy much more stock even with your current holding... I think you know there is a much bigger possibility of the deal going through and that's why you still hold

if you are that concerned just sell up, no idea why you would still retain slightly bigger position than I have (my biggest holding ever on AIM so far) if you do not trust this deal to come to fruition, bye

Yep I actually emailed the company if we could get some update on the forestry permit after the AGM, but I’m confident it’s coming as is Aeturnum, otherwise they wouldn’t go for the deal at all

Agreed, email the questions to the company and see what happens, if you are really worried then just sell up - there are definitely other copper plays and there is no point in losing sleep over ARS, gl to you

ps. what are you still doing here mate? were you not worried about the court hearing sometime in August/September ? I'm surprised you did not sell yet with all the concerns you have about this company, there must be plenty of other companies to invest on AIM with no issues (yea right :D)

not sure why would you still keep 1.7mil shares if you don't believe the IPO will be successful and Aeturnum won't be able to pay for the deal.... talking about selective memory- do you remember how you said last week that Aeturnum is probably selling to pay the the first tranche, which would explain all the sells.... meanwhile Aeturnum still holds 20% and you sold out 75%? :D you make me laugh mate

Either way I reckon that the fact that Aeturnum does not seem 100% trustworthy was already priced in in june/july with the oil trading “scandal” , if you look at it from their cunning trader perspective it is a sweet project with copper price projections for next year, they would be stupid not to pursue it

Google Sugih energy (Aeturnum before they renamed) it looks like a fairly big company

well to conclude I think that everyone knows that Aeturnum does not seem 100% trustworthy (since the scandal with oil -Sugih energy in July) but I also beleive that Manini & team knows the history of Aeturnum (all what MT said + more) and decided to do business with them anyway, which is good enough for me. Manini is afterall a legit businessman having invested 5+ years of his life into ARS and a lot of money.... What I find amusing is that MT was first bitter about ARS and said that eversince they sold 20% to Aeturnum he wants out, then he souded bullish for the past week just to sell out and now that he finally did he writes crap about it again claiming it's for our good, well thanks a lot mate and please don't buy back ;) Otherwise happy new year to everyone and let's hope we can finally move to some sensible levels now that we have been hugely derisked! Can't wait for March!

Fair play, thanks for all the information, I do agree that Aeturnum does seem a bit shady, on the other hand ARS have done their due diligence in the past 6 months and were happy to do business with them (Manini is no idiot and holds more stock than all of us combined) so I believe they will stick with the project (copper price is going higher and makes the whole thing even better for Aeturnum) but I understand why you sold and good luck to you!
