There seems to be a lot of support between 1,000 and 1100 so unlikely to break lower unless there is some bad news, however the question is how long will it stay in this range, possibly a good time to accumulate, fundamentals seem strong

This share must be a bit of a bargain at this price?

Has anybody been in this share for a while?

The 2025 chart looks a lot like 2021 where it drifts down then sudden rise, obviously different year and circumstances but interesting nonetheless, no idea if this will happen again as I don't know the company well enough but seems to be plenty of posters talking the company down.

I'm in too minds about this, whilst I'd like to hear a bit more from the Bod so I know they're still alive!

However when you look at the likes of the Coinsillium, a company that's been shouting from the hilltops and no doubt spent plenty of money getting themselves known, well, their share price has fallen back to close to before they even announced a bitcoin treasury, where exactly are their Retail investors?

A lot of these speculative stocks just seem to attract the Pump and Dump crowd, so in someways KR1 seems a much calmer environment with a company that's currently generating cash and preparing for the future (hopefully) without all the drama.

DOT current position is 28 on coinranking

DOT is currently $4.65 with $4.95 being the next target.

Not sure where you're seeing 9% down although sounds like a great time to buy if it is!

Altcoin market seem fairly calm with nice steady rises, wonder if that will last?

Got to have the infrastructure in place for Crypto to boom and I believe that's exactly what KR1 are focused on (even if they don't hold all the most popular projects).

With the new regs coming into place, I do believe institutions may initially prefer the larger projects which are established and showing signs of real adoption as opposed to new projects with no track record, I'm sure the smaller projects will have their day later but there's no guarantee that this will be the same Alt season as last time.

Of course, anything linked to Ethereum i.e. Lido, Rocketpool, Mode etc are all doing well in our portfolio.

Well at least the news is out in the open now, I believe its been all this uncertainty making investors nervous.

Looks like fairly modest buys here as opposed to pump and dump action, remember the share price was over 90p only last year, so if this is the 'real' altcoin market then it could go a lot higher, based on how low the share price went I think most of the investors from 2021 would be long gone as that appears to be the nature of investors in this type of stock.

I agree management have been very quiet, however if there's nothing to report and the altcoin market is quiet then why try and prop up the share price for the PI's unless they need to raise cash.

This doesn't take away from the underlying business which is profitable making good money from staking with the underlying assets increasing in value and with regulations starting to make progress they could be in a very good position to benefit in the next for months and years.

Well they did say that big institutional investors were showing plenty of interest as long as Coin have the ability to raise more cash to buy Bitcoin!

Lets see where we go from here.

Maybe the BOD are sitting back in their armchairs with a beer, watching their portfolio increase in value and saying 'see, told you so!'.

Shall we think about putting that big announcement together soon once we're all back from the Summer holidays! lol

Is buying on the same day each week on a regular basis not DCAing? I thought that's exactly what DCAing means?

If Bitcoin has a fall then they buy cheaper on the same day, otherwise what happens when they chuck all their money into Bitcoin and the price crashes,

I don't think institutions would be too happy with that strategy to buy in, it's about long term risk management...

Of course you could argue that they should have bought earlier but then you could also argue that they should have bought 6 months however how many institutions would have been interested back then?

On the rise, let's see if it holds...

When I feel bored I come back to the Argo board to see what the share price is doing! always makes me laugh!

@Pacman121 I guess all the high quality companies just list on the main market then, quality companies like Argo Blockchain!...

I'm sure the day traders want to hear we've already made a bigger Bitcoin purchase so its an instant profit and they can pump and dump, however you may find institutions who are buying in for longer periods would like a more coherent model with a steady rise in share price as Bitcoin is bought and still have cash available in case there is a sudden down turn.

Imagine if they spent all the money on Bitcoin and the price suddenly dropped 10%, personally I like the professional way they are playing this.

Maybe separating the wheat from the chaff, I think investors prefer investing in a company with an experienced Crypto team who have survived several Bear markets as opposed to slightly random companies just buying Bitcoin for their balance sheet. I think we're in a strong position.
