With M2G winning rock solid Government contracts these appear to be going to provide the cashflow for the company.
Also expect more from the Gov't, unfortunately we don't know which Dept but word will get around and if the NHS start ordering......

Cash currently at 633k and R Parris confirming his support if necessary via loan. He is trying to avoid raising down here and wants to exercise his warrants to provide more cash.

M2G Is worth far more than the current mcap and you get COF/Proton/COFFEE all thrown in for free.

We know R Edwards was exiting for whatever reason but the selling has to dry up at some point.

So last 6 months of 2021 were pretty pants financially owing partly to covid restrictions and supply problems.

However great progress has been made in respect of Proton Technologies and City oil Fields :

· Completion of significant £100k investment in emerging green technology

· Completion of United Kingdom licence agreement with Proton for the provision of an onshore 20 tonnes of hydrogen per day processing facility

· Completion of option agreement with Proton to establish a COF facility at Proton's site in Saskatchewan, Canada

· MOU signed with Irish Renewable Fuels Ltd in relation to the potential establishment of a COF facility at a site in Ireland

· b.grn signed a framework agreement with a subsidiary of Tate Group Limited ("Tate") for Tate to become Sabien and b.grn's COF development manager

M2G has really taken off in 2022 with 528k in orders already received and a big hint a lot more to come and from overseas!

Also generating recurring revenues.

Cash is tight but at least R Parris has stepped up with funds to support the company rather than dilute to be repaid by exercise of warrants providing funds for next 12 months.

M2G is worth more than the current mcap alone and with the UN passing resolutions to end plastic polution I can only see the COF JV accelerating this year.
