Russian oligarch is largest shareholder, brother of oligarch is ceo, west sanctioning anything Russian, militarly everybody is escalating AND the other valuable asset is in the old USSR - Kaz which is even more corrupt than Russia.
If POLY or more likley the Nevis brothers are sanctioned, they could deem they have nothing to loose. Pay a few bribes and have the assets in Russia and Kaz be "sold"with drop of hat. Anything is possible in these super corrupt jurisdictions.

Yes, once the situation becomes a little more predictable. Russia calms down and so does the NATO+. Right now, I wouldn't be surprised if in the next 5 mins the Nesis brothers got sanctioned. Looking at the last 4 weeks, I would say I have cause to be more than cautious somewhat.
