You need to download ‘test flight’ app. Then contact the company for a code which you then enter in said app

I appreciate your frustration. The reason the app is not yet available is because we're waiting on card deliverables to meet our specifications from a third party. Once cards are produced to spec, we can complete the last of our card testing and then go live.

The priority is to get the product live and then the Company can look at the timing of recommencing the listing process work and updating those timelines accordingly. The Company is still fully committed to re-list and the democratisation of ownership (along with the democratisation of money) is part of the Company's ethos.

Evening all. I emailed them again today asking for some info on relisting. Not being impatient but I’ve had enough of waiting and being fobbed off. Just want some straight answers. I know they have to get the card/product right first but it’s bloody frustrating being left in the dark. Will let you know what response I get if any

I feel the same now. It’s all a bit scammy and what’s been said about them going private seems more and more likely by the day. Don’t want to be a doom merchant but what else are we meant to think!!

Same thing happened to me. I deposited a small amount earlier but it’s not showing yet. Surely if this is going to work these deposits need to be instant or am I overthinking it?

There is getting on for 200,000 tonnes of gold so would take a while. Good point though. I expect they will expand into Platinum, silver etc. Who knows

Circular and Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company has posted a letter to Lionsgold shareholders providing details of the Name Change and incorporating the Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Monday the 29th of April 2019, at which resolutions to effect the Name Change will be put to shareholders. For note, the Company remains the same, as does each shareholder's holding in it, regardless if it retains the name Lionsgold Limited or becomes Tally Ltd.

As announced in the Company's operational update on 19 February 2019, the Board believes that, subject to shareholder approval, the Company's name should be changed from "Lionsgold Limited" to "Tally Ltd" (the "Name Change") to reflect the core business focus being the Company's self-contained monetary system, neo bank offering and mainstream challenger currency, Tally®.

The Lionsgold brand was created following appointment of new executive management in the second half of 2016, to reflect the new strategy introduced of a gold-focused vertically integrated business involved in the exploration, production and retail application of physical gold, through legacy gold mining assets in India, additional gold exploration assets acquired in Finland and the development of a financial technology (fintech) division. Over the course of 2017 and 2018 Tally® was designed and developed and has now become the core business focus. As such it is timely to update the Company name accordingly.

The Board is also pleased to provide the following update in relation to the Company's product rollout and the planned listing in London that is to follow.

I have been watching lots of podcasts/interviews with CP over last few days. I think the man has had a vision for a lot of years and now we are starting to see it come to fruition. Yes he’s been CEO of a few companies and his communication is shocking. Sometimes though you have to have a few failures before you get it right. At least he keeps trying and maybe just maybe he’s got to where he has wanted to be after all this time. Only time will tell
