imho that's won't really be how it all works.
IF no OM in next few weeks then all you do is raise enough to keep the lights on till the end of the year. And even that would be happening all being well as everything kick off with Navitas docs being signed up.
Everything then would get kicked down the road to OM, FID etc later in the year.

Of course there's a bit of everything in everything most of the time but so what. The nature of legal systems does differ at the end of the day.
For the record legal systems where non-criminal, ie dispute, laws are basically set by the state (civil law) have historically traced a lot back to Roman law.
'fraid it's incorrect to include the UK in that list.
Case law, as in the UK is generally not Roman.

These continental aspiring despots don't get the point of a legal system - something they may be surprised to learn is normally referred to in the US (and occasionally elsewhere in the Anglo-Saxon world) as a justice system.
Hopefully events will move them along the learning curve!

fyi Fossiebear my average does include the Rkh shares that were first bought as FOGL. Think you've got to do that, raises the average but that's the fact.

Interesting exercise to ask. My average is similar to yours Orient because I've averaged down, over 50% are around this level or lower. Nice to be able to say that now.
Some came through FOGL aaaaargh. The effective Rkh average price for those was just over 100p!

Kirk (of Harbour) is an accountant and ex CFO who, since leaving Hess, has done deals to acquire very mature oil and, earlier on, gas assets. He's not done significant development, let alone exploration, maybe never will.
From what we've seen the last few weeks he has no real idea how to even talk about development or exploration, having led a right dance about the Dunottar well. I'd say there's no familiarity there with the mindset. He's the wrong person for Harbour to have in his current role, but he came as a founder with Chrysaor and then was redundant (imho) in a finance or CEO role after Harbour acquired 90%, made Kirk even richer, and put Linda Cook in. He became a sort of Harbour "oil man" which is faintly ridiculous.
With hindsight, and for what it's worth some unease at the time, there was no chance rkh and Sea Lion was going to get anywhere in an organisation where Phil Kirk was important. Or it would have been a mistake and another disaster if the two had stayed in the same entity.

Glenrotten's record is an odd one for sure.
1.Disbelief, on national security grounds, that London would allow an Israeli company would be allowed into the project! Wonder, what sort of bubble does he inhabit?
2. And remember the climate activist academic Glenrotten had on hand to help his "fellow" shareholders disrupt the board. Still hard to digest that one.
3. Glenrotten's continuing fixation on recruiting shareholders to dismantle their own company. The impetus for this is not much affected by events. Just seems to be a fact of life for Glenrotten.
If folks' antibodies on here are not effective against Glenrotten then their memory T-cell immune layer should recognise an outline from the distant unlamented past ... I fancy he's a Corbynista.
It's a Burgess/McLean /Philby event!
You might say never a dull day but Glenrotten's antics are past their sell-by date. Nothing compared to the possible Jan/Feb events that are all the real excitement here.
