We're heading in one direction now. When it's all signed I'd expect more meat on the bones of the planned project with Navitas.
Will put a new reality in view for us all, and of course the rest of the world.

Isn't that exactly what would change with UKEF involvement?

Buzz makes sense. UKEF would be more debt, less equity, less fund raise, higher share price

and whoever the original seller is (godawful?), for them the shares have gone, not "trying to offload", they're out, exited, gone away.
Some market participant is running them and is not obliged to tell us why.

Hrbr are bearing costs till 31st March unless they're out earlier. Navitas are liable for some after that.
Why would Navitas want to let Hrbr off earlier?
On that basis if a deal is done it would only ever be signed after close of play 31st. Announced following morning as "have signed" etc.
But who knows. We shall see!

Just as easy to say you and godawful think it's a nailed on certainty no deal will be signed. Godawful is prob out of these now so he's happy, instead of his usual hugely angry, to think so .
