Timescales could get telescoped pretty quickly in important respects if RoI don't get a stay of the award. There was nothing in place, then they got a provisional one on submitting an annulment application but, unlike an appeal, it doesn't last till the annulment decision.
The stay gets decided separately over the next three months or so - quite quickly in this context and massively closer than the annulment decision. If they don't get then they're "naked" so to speak. Inevitable really as the case has already been decided, there's no appeal, and the annulment thing is an extremely limited possibility about process only, as described by others on here.
Most cases proceed without a stay these days and RoI's is a particularly desperate case. Personal view, don't think they'll get, but who knows??!!
