Not nit picking but for the sake of accuracy the value of Sea Lion to rkh is more than their 35% proportion of the project npv10, so more than 1.5bln.

This is because rkh don't pay any interest on the 2/3rds of their capital cost that is funded by an interest free loan from Navitas. The details of a realistic calculation may not be for here, but you might say there's no "10" to the npv10 (that gives the 1.5bln figure) for oil revenues used to repay the navitas loan, at least for the period from the capex to loan repayment.
An interest free loan is obviously worth something; above prices it in.

Legal fees re stay are a few hundered k, not viewed them as an issue myself.
At the right point a part of the award could be sold or borrowed against on a non-recourse basis which, on the basis of the rns, should cover rkh's sea lion project equity plus some.
Onwards and upwards so far as I can see!

FYI Rkh only has to fi d circa £50m on those numbers, not £150m. Been sorted and confirmed at length on here some time ago but the split of who finances what for the project is all calculated POST the borrowings for the project (completely distinct from Navitas'interest free loan to Rkh). Inevitably, couldn't work any other way.
So what rkh have to find depends on what proportion of the project itself is financed by debt. We don't know what that is but fwiw I'm going to suggest 2/3rds will be the debt proportion. So 50m.
Tremendous Rns, just stupendous, those break even and opex costs will interest all sorts of people eventyally!!
