PD, thats a great find. And funding the dosh to spend on an FPSO conversion project sounds a lot like, well, what you do when you have a line of sight on the project as a whole.

CSM, there's plenty money holding oil shares. Last time I looked P's market cap was 60bln. Shell's was 158bln.

Have said before that there are good reasons for sanction to be a single big bang announcement. Some eleme ts could still take a slightly different path and EIS approval would be public anyway. Sanction and funding at the same time though would make sense (as I suspect godders and tcm know very well).

In the meantime more than is strictly necessary is happening before sanction rather than after, which is both optimistic re timescales post sanction and and supports the word rkh and others have actually used on funding -"securing".

Well aimless is out of a million or two of his holding wgen there was turnover a week or two ago Trying to shave a hopeless penny off his in-price. Only thing he'll achieve is halving his upside when he misses getting back in. Hence him going into overdrive on here. Sounds he wasn't part of 1.5mln cross eaier today. Just hopeless.
